「The staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean comfortable bed and air conditioning. Breakfast was perfectly cooked daily 😊Swimming pool was a blessing and only two mins walk to beach highly recommend this as a place to stay very reasonable prices too. I will be returning thanks guys」

「Schönes Hotel mit Potenzial und traumhaftem Ausblick. Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, haben viele Vögel gesehen und tolle Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Trotzdem möchten wir einige Kritikpunkte ehrlich teilen. Auf unserer Reise mit 9 Unterkünften (3–4 Sterne, B&Bs) war dieses Hotel das teuerste – leider auch mit dem schwächsten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Erreichbarkeit vorab war schwierig, erst nach mehreren Versuchen erhielten wir eine Antwort. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber...

「The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

「The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night. 」

「Heise (sp?) and Lattika were the perfect hosts. Lattika made sure that everything we needed was taken care of . She was also very knowledgable about the various native animals who live in the neighborhood (how she could spot sloths is a mystery to me ). Breakfast was amazing ! 」

「Check in time was at 3pm. We were there at 3pm and were told to wait for two hours for rooms to be ready. It was raining a lot and we were not offered an alternative but to wait pretty much in our car or go back later. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative. We left and Expedia does not want to reimburse the money we paid for a room that...

「Tolle, süße Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, aber insgesamt war zb alles im Bad sehr klein, als wäre es für Kinder. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war groß und super ausgestattet! Der Pool Bereich war ich sehr schön. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft 」
