Toller Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und falls doch mal was fehlen sollte, steht Mr. Franco immer helfend zur Seite. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Maison top classe et propriétaire au petit soin

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 7 personnes. A notre arrivée en avance nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire. La maison est magnifique et aménagée avec goût, entièrement équipée (climatisation et tv partout, vaisselle en suffisance, 2 cuisines, lave-vaisselle, 1 barbecue la classe), superbe piscine illuminée le soir et une vue splendide sur la plaine. Tout était comme indiqué sur le site. Nous la recommandons sans aucune hésitation. GRACIE MILE

Top villa in Liguria The villa of mr. Franco is really amazing. We spent a fabulous week at Villa Emanuele in 14 people. Lot of space, lot of fun: we had a pool, a ping-pong tennis table, a Jacuzzi available in a house near the pool; TVs everywhere, garden, Bbq... everything perfect. Franco was always available in case of need, it seems that he really wants that his guests stay well. A good experience, I would recommend this home for large family groups like ours. We are thinking to come back again in 2020! Margi B.

Hollywood-style villa!!! WOW!!!! This location is super, the pictures are real as we have seen on the website. 14 people, and no problem at all, just fun for everyone! Highly recommended.

La villa è su due piani, quello sotto ha una grande terrazza e un salone con cucina e sala da pranzo molto grandi e luminose. Sopra ci sono due camere da letto di cui una veramente molto spaziosa con una bellissima terrazza dove prendere il sole. Il giardino è molto curato come anche la grande piscina e la jacuzzi. Noi eravamo un gruppo di dieci persone e c’era spazio per tutti. Molto consigliata

Ho passato alcuni giorni con la mia famiglia a Villa Emanuele a Cipressa. La villa è incredibile. Molto spaziosa, ha stanze molto grandi e sembra di essere in una villa sulla costa americana. La piscina è grande e c’è anche una casetta con una Jacuzzi. Dalla sala si può uscire su un prato verde, adatto per giocare, completamente cintato. Tutte le dotazioni della casa sono fantastiche. Consigliatissima.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Hauseigentümerin spricht leider nur italienisch und französisch, der Sohn nur italienisch, was die Kommunikation manchmal ein bisschen problematisch macht. Der House-Sitter spricht wenigstens auch noch englisch, was sehr half. Die Leute sind sehr hilfsbereit und wenn etwas nicht funktioniert (wollten mal Fernsehen, aber es gab kein Antennensignal) wird umgehend geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr interessant ist Bussana Vecchia und ähnlich, aber im Hinterland in den Ligurischen Alpen, Triora. Interessante Blicke auf die Landschaft und das Meer bekommt man auch wenn man die kleinen Straßen (z.B. San Lorenzo - Civezza - Poggi - Porto Maurizio) fährt. Manchmal ein bisschen abenteuerlich aber wunderschön. Der Sandstrand in Arma di Taggia ist wunderbar groß und breit (für die Riviera) es gibt ausreichend öffentlichen Strand und wenn doch Bagni, sind die Preise für die Liegen und Schirme erschwinglich. Ansonsten San Remo immer eine Shopping-Tour wert, Monaco eh und freitags der Markt in Ventimiglia (eventuell über die Autobahn anfahren ca. 4,80 €), da auf der SS 1 ansonsten für die 25 km ca. 1 -1,5 H eingeplant werden sollten.

Wir waren mit 4 Enkelkindern von 2 1/2 bis 5 Jahren, 2 hochschwangeren Töchter, 2 Söhnen und 2 Schwiegersöhnen in einem wunderbaren Haus. Die Kleinen genossen das Bad mit Schwimmflügeln im warmen Whirlpool und manchmal im Pool. Sporteinrichtungen wie Tischtennis und das Laufband haben wir ebenfalls benutzt. Auf 3 Etagen konnte man, wenn man wollte auch einmal ungestört sein. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse war Mittelpunkt und aus der vorhanden Stereoanlage konnten wir unsere MP3 Musik voll geniessen. Die Kücheneinrichtung und das moderne Ambiente waren bemerkenswert. Wegen der Kleinkinder musste man natürlich wegen des Pools und der offenen Treppe nicht unachtsam sein. Die Familie nebenan, die das Haus betreut ware sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls der Nachwuchs etwas grösser geraten ist, werden wir gerne wiederkommen. -Reisetipps: Ein Highlight ist der Radweg von San Lorenzo nach San Remo. Eine aufgelassene Bahntrasse. Auch das Restaurant 5 Torre in Civezza ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. 3 Damen aus Belgien bieten italienische Küche vom Feinsten zu moderaten Preisen.

Sehr liebenswerte Vermieterin. Auch die 2 Söhne (sehr nett) sofort zur Stelle wenn, wenn man Sonderwünsche hatte. Die Räume großzügig und sauber. Wir waren eine Familie von 4 Personen. Wir werden bei der Seniora sicherlich in den nächsten Jahren nochmals unseren Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Das einzige was vielleicht ein kleines Manco ist, daß der nächste Supermercato (Laden) ca. 2 km entfernt ist. Bussana Vecchia ist sehr zu empfehlen, anschauen lohnt auf jedem Fall. Das Fürstentum Seborga eher nicht. Auch Dolceaqua ist sehenswert. Ansonsten sollte man unbedingt am Freitag den Markt in Ventimiglia aufsuchen. Der ist rießengroß. Die Cote d´azur ist ein muß !

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Ideal für 2 Familien. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.
