“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”

“⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit……

“J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe……

“Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty……

“Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.”

“The room didn't have a ned in it. The room had a couch only with a pull out bed so we had to pay to upgrade. Not a great option. No amenities at all. The staff was very nice though. ”

“The hotel definitely needs updating. The TV - every channel is in French, only 2 channels in English- both news. Breakfast can use more variations. Staff needs to learn English- Courchevel is very expensive world famous resort- how are you providing customer service and barely speak English. ”

“Staff were very kind, they always brought things to munch on and offered to bring more clean amenities. Overall amazing experience and will come again! Highly recommend.”
