「Great property, well equipped - could be better 😄」

「What an amazing stay!!! I was browsing for a lodge with something a bit more fun and came across this company. (I actually saw it first indirectly but it was much better value direct). I actually saw Mulberry Lodge and was gutted our dates weren’t available. I then came across the Facebook page advertising a brand new lodge ready to book from the very next day - fate?! 「David was an excellent host, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable accommodation close to local amenities and a lovely canal to walk down with pooch right outside the door. Although there is no designated parking, street parking is a 10 second walk away, so this wasn't an issue. There was even a guitar on the wall to have a relaxing noodle. Thanks again David」

「This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...

「Beautiful cottage and spotlessly clean. Only improvements I would suggest is a mire comfortable mattress on the king size bed and more relaxing outdoor furniture which we missed in the nice weather.」

「This property had everything we needed and was clean, tidy and comfortable in a quiet spot. The basket of goodies was a lovely surprise. There was a corner shop a short walk away (under 5mins) and the beach was slightly closer. Which was all just perfect for us. Thankyou very much」
