“This is a great place for anyone looking for a quiet and simple getaway. The cabin itself is very nice and was meticulously clean when we arrived. The location is great as you get the benefit of seclusion without being too remote. It close to town which was convenient for shopping and dining. The hosts were beyond accommodating and were readily available for questions. I would consider staying here again and will recommend to others!”

“Perfect stay! The cabin was clean, in a great location (private, quiet, relaxing atmosphere). We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the early morning and mid afternoon, cool breeze and watching the hummingbirds and fished several times a day. We caught several fish but released them. Such a great place to get away from it all! Our dogs enjoyed as well! Definitely will be booking again!”

“Communication with host in advance was horrible. VRBO had to get involved. Only received the most basic check in info at 2:45pm on day of check in and only because I kept reaching out. When we arrived the temp was above 80 and after 15 min of trying was not changing. There were dead bugs on 2 of the bath towels and on kitchen counter, it was dirty and smelled of smoke. We contacted VRBO and after the ring around we were able to be transferred to a new place. Do not recommend!!!”

“We stayed with our kids ages 2, 5 & 9. We drove to Tuscaloosa each day for a camp which was only a short drive across the bridge. The kids loved the bunk beds and indoor play area. They all slept through the night all week in the bunk beds, and they enjoyed the indoor play area every day! The only thing that would have made the stay even better was if the hot tub pricing was included with the rental price. It does state this on the listing so we were aware of the extra fee, but we were unsure if……
