Very old and dilapidated.

Booked a room with queen bed and got double beds. Very old furniture, bedding etc. A/C worked. Ran out of TP and there was not spare roll. Only there for sleeping 4 hrs., but will not recommend.

Check in not very pleasant. First instead of looking at their computer they had to look at my iphone to confer my reservation then he said I had to pay there. I thought I had pre paid. Not the case. I had asked to 2 beds only got one Upon check out had door locked had to ring bell and wait for someone to come to the door

Encontré un hotel fuera de los estándares actuales. Para registrarse hay que tocar un timbre y esperar que le abran a uno la puerta. Parece más una posada que un hotel.

The mattress is a burlap sack full of springs... if that good... no maid service... musty smell in the room... you are better off sleeping in your car

Wouldn't Recommend

Check in was a pain. The guy was trying to double charge even when i showed the confirmation email from hotels.com with the correct price. The fridge and microwave weren't plugged in and also could not reach an outlet without being moved. The beds looked slept in, and the surfaces were visibly dirty. The room key also would not open the locked door leading to the hallway where my room was, so i got locked out. They also turned off the lights in the hallway so i had to use my phone flashlight. The soap bar was already opened as well. Also, there is no key drop box for check out. We stayed there because it was so cheap, and overall we didn't have a bad experience. I am leaving this review mostly because the 9/10 on hotels.com couldnt be farther off. It should be more around 5/10.

Great value!

It was a very pleasant experience. Great value! I didn’t expect it considering the price. Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet except for some traffic noise as it’s near the freeway. I will definitely return!

Clean and cheap pop and mom hotel.

Driving back from Mexico, trying to stay in San Antonio, but couldn't find anything lower than $300 at other places, options were Frio Inn, sleep in the car uncomfortable, or fall asleep driving. We took our chances with a non branded hotel for the first time in our lives, and we were not disappointed, basic pop and mom hotel, nothing fancy, not even breakfast, but it was a cheap and clean hotel that allowed us to rest and continue our trip in the morning. Will definitely stay again if needed.
