“Love this hotel , starting to look a little tired in places, and could do with Air con or separate units for each rooms”

“The rooms are good, beds comfortable and everthing you need except drinking water. The pool is really good clean and warm. The island is beautiful and walks are great except for the flies and midges. The play park is nice and tennis court is good as rackets and balls are provided. Food average not as good as other places I have stayed. I brought my car across on the ferry and then couldnt get off the island till 3.10pm after checking out at 10.30. “The location is stunning as it overlooks a lake. But it desperately needs: a concierge type person who has knowledge of local sites of interest: can deal wth any requests for transportation, and can generally help guests with luggage as they enter and leave the premises. Catering structure needs a review as there can be long delays being served especially for breakfast in the morning. It might help to have a manager who is overseeing the service and can review and makes changes that might be……
