“The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The Pub was full of great people and Matt was super friendly.”

“Basic but functional room. Check in was fine but a man of few words.”

“Host offered to “upgrade” us. It really doesn’t take much to make me happy. We did not see the original property but this one was cold, with just one portable space heater downstairs. Could not get the hot water working. The alarm kept beeping throughout our stay. On a busy street. I could go on, but the temperature inside was the worst and the fact that we could not get hot water. Not impressed - would not recommend unfortunately. Book at your own risk!”

“Compact and charming. Great location.”

“Property situated in a nice environment and close to amenities with good safe parking. We booked a small twin room with en-suite shower room. Located outside the room was a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities with plenty of tea/coffee/milk sachets available. The room itself being bright and modern with comfy pillows. We booked for 4 nights and were happy. The room itself is very small so don’t bring lots of baggage as there is no wardrobe and no storage, aside from some hanging pegs and……

“Just as advertised. Charming!”

“Very lovely and modern on the inside. On the outside the view is more than amazing. We loved the private patio and picnic table at the overlook. The place was clean with lots of natural light”

“Tolle Lage mit Meerblick. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.”

“Not advertised as located on 3rd floor with no elevator, 1 of 2 toilets did not work, 1 shower worked about half the time, beds were terrible, clothes dry did not dry clothes. This property was over priced”

“A beautiful quaint cottage apartment! Beautifully decorated. Spacious! Away from the hustle & bustle of the city. I loved the outdoor patio space -although there were a couple of cats that kept trying to come near me when I was sitting outside. (I’m allergic to cats.). Communication was great -quick exchanges. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more time at the cottage. We were there 2 nights and the days were spent in Kilkenny sight-seeing.”

“Is a lovely place, has everything, walking distans to town. Perfect place to stay with both a group of friends or family and children.”

“I'm writing this review based more on the host than the property at Deerpark. We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. This place was dated and in need of several repairs. The carpet……

“We stayed 2 weeks. We loved it! If you have never driven in Ireland, I recommend staying off the roads that start with an R as much as possible. This place has two ways in and out of for sight seeing. When you exit the gate, turn left. Best way to go anywhere. The place is quiet, and very comfortable! Mel, the owner was amazing and very quick to answer questions and tend to our needs. This place has everything, so not much was needed. Shopping is less than 4 miles away. Food and Kilkenny, are……

“Everything was perfect! Check-in was very easy and smooth, and the host was always available and replied quickly whenever we needed anything. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It’s a great option for families and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is a little out of the way, in the middle of the countryside, but for us this was actually a big plus. It was very peaceful and quiet, and it gave us the chance to enjoy a bit of the local……
