We loved the location - not too far from Galway, and super close to a charming town that had pubs, markets, really everything you would need. The welcome basket was a nice touch!”

“Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase.……

“The cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Lovely, bright, very clean with a spacious kitchen and located right across from the park. It was a perfect base for my day trips up to Connemara and also to areas south of Galway. An easy walk into town for groceries, dinner at a pub or just for a drink and music at Clancy's. The host, Kathleen was easy to reach on VRBO and responded quickly. ”
