「A must go midway place if you travel from Londonderry to Dublin (or vice versa). Reasonable price & good food in the bar & restaurant. If you drive there, your car can be parked next to your room, extremely convenient. 」

「The food was great, but the service is really slow. Maybe the kitchen is over worked? It took too long to get your food. The waiting made me anxious which took away from the enjoyment of the food.」

「First class. Had a late arrival, excellent check in process (ready with key cards, very smooth) and bar open till late. Rooms of high standard and breakfast was great. Can't fault this hotel. Would definitely stay again.」

「Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. 」

「Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Food was great. We had booked a family room for me, my partner and 2 kids but found the room a bit small. Rooms were clean but the only issue we had was that our sheets weren't changed, usually this wouldn't have bothered me as we only stayed 2 nights but due to heavy duvets my partner had been sweating the night before and had to get into a damp bed on the second night」
