The house had plenty of space for a multigenerational family, though it's a drive from Dublin, but close enough to the red Luas line to use the park and ride. The house is in need of a deep clean and some updates. 」

Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. 「It was a home away from home and it’s all down to the hosts who went above and beyond during our stay. I’m from Ireland and live in Australia and it was magical to discover this gem in Westmeath. Lots of lovely village activity but nice and peaceful inside. We all slept really well in the comfortable bedrooms and there was so much space in the entire house. Just a 15 minute drive from Mullingar town, a 12th Century Friary 2 minutes away and you can grab a coffee up at the Friary Blooms gardens 5...

「We were in Ireland to drop our daughter off at UCD. We wanted a family home to stay in to relax, spend time together and be comfortable. This was the perfect place. We will be back again when we pick her up. It is beautifully decorated, next to adorable villages and we greeted the sheep every morning. Such a lovely home that we are sad to leave. 」
