"Exceptionally poor customer service. When things go wrong, absolutely no one takes responsibility, management is unavailable, and they simply don’t care about making things better. Stay at other nearby properties to get the quiet feeling with better service."

"Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find ..."
