「I did not like that there was no air conditioning, no safe, toilet had no sink, people at reception did not speak English very well, and in the restaurant no one understood English, the meal we had was prime rib , which I asked for it to be well done, came with blood running out of it, sent it back to cook more, it came back the same, three waiters there did not know what a vodka and tonic was! I thought given that we were in Juno beach , which is for Canadians that there would be more English,...

「Our quick visit to Hôtel de la Plage was wonderful. Despite a much later first night arrival, the staff kept in constant communication with us for check-in and had keys and information waiting. The restaurant was closed, but they put together a last-minute charcuterie board and some drinks for us. Clean rooms, great beds, central location, wonderful food and not enough can be said about the staff. Always welcoming, always smiling, just fantastic and charming. Easily would stay here again,...

「This hotel is simply amazing, the property is well kept: beautiful landscape, garden, restaurants and bar. We had breakfast and dinner which were well prepared. 「The proprietor was was very friendly and the place was amazing with all of the WWII artifacts and material. The place is from around 1850 and filled with charm. This is an immersive experience into the Normandy coast, not a cookie cutter chain hotel. Highly recommend!」
