「I did not like that there was no air conditioning, no safe, toilet had no sink, people at reception did not speak English very well, and in the restaurant no one understood English, the meal we had was prime rib , which I asked for it to be well done, came with blood running out of it, sent it back to cook more, it came back the same, three waiters there did not know what a vodka and tonic was! I thought given that we were in Juno beach , which is for Canadians that there would be more English,...

「Staff was excellent.. always ready to serve. Property was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size … double sinks! I just wish they would offer REAL coffee (at a reasonable cost) and not those machines. The machine coffees are not good at all. GREAT water view from our room. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to.」

「First room we were given was very bare, only a bed, no bedside tables or lamps, nowhere to put suitcases or hang clothes. Asked for a different room and were immediately accommodated. The new room was excellent, clean, a comfortable bed, bedside tables and lamps - although still nowhere to hang clothes or put suitcases off the floor. It also had a kitchen area which apparently was charged extra for if used ( we didn’t). It was a ground floor room with a door to the outside with a table and two...

「This hotel is simply amazing, the property is well kept: beautiful landscape, garden, restaurants and bar. We had breakfast and dinner which were well prepared. The breakfast came with fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of bread, crepes, meat and dinner menu has a wide selection, including kid’s plate, seafood, meat and desserts. They have an extensive dessert menu also. Everyone is simply attentive, kind, and welcoming. Receptionists, servers, and team members were fluent in English....
