Super sejour

Séjour super, au calme. La maison est super, bien aménagée, au calme avec un coin jardin clôturé.Tout est à disposition, les commerces et la mer. Le temps était idéal.Seul bémol les emplacements de parking un peu petit pour un monospace

Les Roséales "Excellent séjour à Courseulle en famille avec 2 enfants en bas-âge: Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié : - La localisation du logement (proche commodités, plage, supermarchés, ...); - Maison kids friendly (jeux, equipements, tente anti-uv, ...) notre fille s'est régalée !!; - Indications d'accès au logement on ne peut plus claires et faciles à comprendre ; - Communication avec l'agence et avec la propriétaire; nous avons apprécié leur disponibilité, leur reactivité et leur gentillesse; - La place de parking ; - Agencement de la maison; nous nous y sommes senti très bien ; - Présence d'une machine à laver, d'un sèche linge et de tous les produits de 1e necessité. Point perfectible Frais de ménage élevés par rapport à la prestation d'autant plus qu'il faut payer un supplément pour les draps, serviettes, torchons"

Les Roséales "Surprise d’avoir découvert sur place l’emplacement de la maison autant proche d’une route, qui est extrêmement passante. On ne peut pas dire que l’environnement y soit « très agréable » comme il est stipulé dans l’annonce, c’est vraiment trompeur puisque les bruits de circulation s’entendent dans la maison, ce qui gâche pas mal la quiétude pour des vacances (d’ailleurs mieux vaut pas avoir besoin d’ouvrir les fenêtres!) puis ce qu’il y a autour de la maison n’est visuellement pas beau. Quant à la location, certains points sont à améliorer/revoir afin de proposer une location conforme à la location, points signalés à l’agence (VMC forte et donc bruyante qu’on entend dans les chambres, en plus de la route portes grinçantes : WC et chambre bas) clic clac inutilisable puisqu’il est en 2 parties (chambre bas), il serait bon de vérifier l’intégralité des équipements avant de proposer à la location afin d’éviter les mauvaises surprises à l’arrivée."

Les Roséales "La maison sur deux étages est lumineuse spacieuse et bien équipée petit bémol la salle de bain qui est petite et mansardée avec une baignoire sans rideau pas facile de se doucher sans mouiller par terre La chambre à coucher donne sur une rue passante Le jardin est agréable et bien adapté aux petits enfants Nous avons loué du linge de lit à l’agence ce n’était pas une bonne idée car on nous a donné du linge neuf de très mauvaise qualité et surtout pas lavé avant une première utilisation Sinon le lit est grand et confortable Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour La cuisine n’était pas très propre traces de gras et beaucoup de poussière"
