  • Nature lovers? This house is the perfect place to stay in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.
    Located 100m from the coastal path, you will have access to the salt meadows to discover the magnificent panoramas offered by the site of Roche Torin on the marvel or even observe the tidal bore during high tides. You can also take your bikes to get to the Mont by taking the greenway.

    The stone house, probably an old saltworks, is on one level.
    She is composed:
    - an entrance (cupboards and refrigerator),
    - a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and washing machine),
    - a warm living room with its pellet stove, armchairs and leather sofa. Conviviality is at the rendezvous with the kitchen area open to the living room and the dining room. You will love having breakfast in front of the bay window, watching the sun rise and the neighbor's sheep graze.
    - The sleeping area separated by a thick stone wall will ensure you restful nights thanks to the new Breton-made bedding (Valentine bedding) and cotton percale bed linen freshly prepared before your arrival.

    Two bedrooms are at your disposal: one of 18m² with a 160*200cm bed and its dressing room.

    The other of 11m² with two 90*200cm beds that can be pushed together to make a single 180*200cm. (to be specified when booking).

    A south-facing terrace extends the living room in summer. An outdoor dining table and a deck chair are at your disposal.

    The 500m² garden is enclosed and entirely for your own use. A parking space is reserved for you.

    Entrance to the property is the same as the small bakery where your host makes bread twice a week. The bread-making is done on sourdough and cooked in a wood-fired oven. You can of course order some to taste it on the day of your arrival! From time to time, day courses are also offered to learn how to make your own bread!

    Sheets are provided as well as bath towels (2 per person of size 50X100). The beds are made upon your arrival. Dishwashing and laundry products are provided as well as 1 roll of toilet paper.

    Baby equipment is available (high chair, changing table with integrated bath. Playpen and cot are to be requested at the time of booking).

    Wifi is included. He can be capricious at times.

Fantastic location. Recommend that you rent a bike the walking/bike path is immediately near the house. The house had everything that we needed. Internet was difficult as the WiFi was slow and cell reception was poor but if you walked toward the path cellular reception is better and can get a email out.

Fantastic

Lovely rustic country property. Everything you could possibly need for long or short stay. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location for all local attractions and places of intereat. Lovely to sit outside in the evengs and have a drink on the patio whilst watching the birds eat anything you may put on the lawn for them!!! Would 100% recommend this property.

Amazing oasis by the ocean

Perfectly situated between Avranche and Mt St Michel. Secluded oasis with sheep, birds, gardens and tranquility. Walking trails. Biking trails. And many activity options close by.

Normand Honeymoon

My husband and I came to stay for a couple days during our honeymoon. The stay was wonderful and only better because of how sweet Agnès was. We were lucky enough to have her baked goods during our stay, and you would be missing out not to try them! We were so cozy and happy with our stay. We could not have asked for more, and cannot speak highly enough of Agnès.

Mont-Saint-Michel und Strandurlaub

Wunderbar ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einem kleinem ursprünglichen Dorf. Kurz hinterm Haus hat man schon den Blick auf Mont-Saint-Michel. Ist aber immer noch ca. 8km entfernt. In direkter Nähe auch eine nahegelegen Bucht. Allerdings nicht zum Baden geeignet, aber ein schöner Spaziergang ca. 1km bis dorthin direkt über die Schafsweide bzw. auch über einen Teerweg dorthin. Die Wohnung ist klasse. Sehr rustikal aber auch komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Teilweise Möbel aus Pappe gebaut, sehr kreative Vermieterin. Die hat auch direkt neben der Wohnung eine Bäckerei in der sie Dienstags und Freitags Brot anbietet, sehr schmackhaft. Kommunikation war etwas schwierig da wir kein Französisch sprechen und sie kein bzw. wenig Englisch. Aber sehr freundlich und hilft auch gerne in allen Belangen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungen Urlaub dort, Vielen Dank an Agnes.

Très court séjour (WE du 1er mai) mais nous avons pu profiter de cette très belle longère, bien équipée et aménagée. Située au calme dans un petit hameau à 100m des grèves et d'une superbe vue soleil couchant sur le mont St Michel. Très bon accueil et suivi de la propriétaire. Recommandation++

Heerlijke authentieke woning.

Zeer authentieke rustig gelegen woning van alle gemakken voorzien. In een mooie omgeving voor wandelen/fietsen/rondritten dicht bij Mont Saint Michel. De naast gelegen bakker heeft twee keer per week heerlijk biologisch brood.

Gîte très agréable, propriétaire très sympathique, vue depuis le gîte campagnarde et apaisante. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.
