"Food was nice and fresh could do with a bit more choice in hot food selection. Service was not good always having to ask for them to top up coffee as they are meant to come top it up and they never come and asked if you wanted more coffee so that was a shame. Stud waiting for them to show us to a table a guy at the table had to say you have people wanting to be seated so not good there. But the rooms are ok could be better if it had charging plugs next to the bed as there wasn't any. Maybe think twice about this hotel next time. And having to pay for £8 a day for parking as well not good. "

"Clean room and lovely relaxing decor. Interesting historical items related to the city in the lobby. Service is warm and friendly and very attentive. The food could do with a slight improvement but isnt overly bad (i.e. too much vinegar in hollandaise sauce or pancakes were dense for example). "
