Convenient location near downtown Kirkland and not a long drive to the highway entrance, less than a block to a full-size grocery store, etc. Comfortable room. Interior hallways. Elevator. Courteous staff. You should be aware that the reception and housekeeping is effectively "remote", and there is no daily room service, which I didn't mind; you just need to ask for coffee refills, etc. I prefer not to pay……

“Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! ”

“Allen was an incredible, kind host and was very prompt with his communication. The property itself had a cozy vibe that made you feel right at home. The space was clean with nice modern furnishing. “The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”
