「The most important thing about this property is its location right on the seafront with amazing views out to sea. Carol and her husband were excellent hosts and very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautifully furnished and v attractive. We arrived just as the heatwave started so it was a bit too hot in the flat but I think anywhere else would have been equally hot last weekend. We would certainly stay there again next time we come to Brighton. 」

「Location excellent just on the beach where everybody went and found shells, stones even an ammonite. So we went home with a small memento.House was amazing with everything catered for, the communication was faultless so there was no delay in getting in or knowing where things were.Overall a very successful four nights for everybody and I think the owners have got it right.」

「The room was adequate and as advertised. There is a large Sainsbury’s across the street making it simple to get groceries at a reasonable price. There are also two bus stops that can take you into downtown nearby. As for amenities, I didn’t have access to most of them because they are in the other building and my key fob didn’t work there. Other than the day I checked in, I was completely unable to contact the management team which caused several issues. 」
