「The staff here is friendly and helpful, but the constant pitching of their timeshare program is tiresome. It doesn't just end when you politely decline at check-in. I paid to stay here, I didn't get to stay here for free under the condition that I have to avoid certain staff members because they will try to lock me in conversation about sitting down to hear their pitch. 「Not so Good..... Ask about the restaurants, as they only had two open. The main international one had practically the same food every day. Their Mediterranean food place was closed the entire time we were there, which sucked. Ask about that. I got really sick one day with the food. The place is beautiful but isolated too far to walk anyplace except their nearby restaurant that we had access too although it is for adults only. You have to rent a car or pay $50 one way to the downtown...

Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. 「The hotel was nice overall. We were happy with our room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone was great with our kids. The adult pool seemed much nicer than the family pool, so it was disappointing that it was adult only. The beach/water was unusable due to heavy sargassum. The day beds near the beach/pool were very nice. The kids activities seemed great for younger children but were not as appealing to my 9 and 11 year olds. 「We had a great stay at the Blue Angel Dive resort. It was my 1st dive resort adventure as a new diver and they made me feel very comfortable and supported the whole time.
