Staff ok … room ok air conditioner leaked all over the floor but got it fixed fast . Hot water sometimes .. rooms are ok for the price . The only real problem is. Cruise ship employees take over the pool area and No name bar Blast music all day . Not a relaxing stay at all

Great view, staff helpful, maid service was accommodating. Late check out a plus, love the view, access to pool and ocean. Does need some TLC, but they seem to be working on it. Norky at bar was wonderful!! AC great. For the price I would stay there again.

yes there nice view but waking up to a cockroach in the room first thing in the morning not a start of a good day they don't offer water in the fridge or anything as a matter of fact the little fridge was unplugged and the rooms were very hot apon arrival not recommended for people with walking impairment as you have to walk up stairs

Stayed here multiple times before, it’s not luxurious, but it gets the job done. In my opinion, you are paying for the view and not so much more. Little disappointed this time numerous cockroaches were in the bathroom. Would probably stay again, but I would bring some cockroach spray.

Locations of property and accessible to downtown (restaurants, bar & clubs) the direct accessible to the crystals blue water for swimming, snorkeling and Diving,nothings fancy, but just a basic nice hotel,i sure will be returning,restaurant bar on sight offers half OFF DRINK & FOOD ,just cool spot to stay.

Great location! On site Dive Shop for Scuba, two restaurants, a Mega store across the street, Chiro/Massage, I used them all! Very Good for a 3-star hotel.
