Downtown Loft is a beautiful space located in the heart of Downtown Cozumel. Two blocks away from the seafront boulevard, the park, supermarkets, restaurants and more options to discover Cozumel.

Downtown Loft is a quiet and central accommodation, perfect for a break, a rest between tours, in a complete and modern space with organic accents and air conditioning, excellent for couples.

The space
Downtown Loft was recently built (2022) and designed in detail to offer a comfortable and spacious space for couples, virtual nomads, and athletes who want to enjoy Cozumel from a simply fantastic, comfortable, and iconic location.

Nice studio but loud

I enjoy walking, so the location being slightly out of town—about five blocks—didn’t bother me. It’s in a super safe area, conveniently located next to a grocery store and a nice gym where you can buy a daily pass. Overall, everything was great, except for the noise level. It was incredibly loud, and the windows really need to be updated to help reduce the sound. I ended up buying earplugs just to get some sleep, and once I had those, I was fine and wasn’t woken up multiple times during the night by loud motorcycles driving by.
