“Stayed here for 1 night as we landed very late into Melbourne. We got to the motel at around 11:40pm. We took the shuttle directly from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4, bathroom was clean and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ shower cap were provided. Towels were soft. I especially loved the heater light bulbs in the bathroom! It kept us warm during the winter. I would definitely come back if I had to stay near the airport. ”

“When I stayed here, the hotel was newly opened for less than half year. Everything was new. Novotel guests had complimentary access to swimming pool.”

“因夜機而選擇在機場附近找間酒店住下，沒想到為了找這間酒店而在半夜狼狽不堪地找，明明遠處看到它，但是十分難找。居然拖著重重的行李箱衝上高速路後，卻發現過不去。住宿沒有提供拖鞋，十分簡陋。酒店沒有電梯，唯獨幸好前台小哥樂於幫助我們，一次性把兩個共34kg的行李抬上三樓。”

“We have stayed here two times. Its in a fantastic location with the shopping centre around the corner and many restaurants and amenities all a close walk away. The 2bedroom unit had 2 bathrooms and kichen with all we need. Friendly and easy check in and housekeeping were friendly and couldnt do enough to make sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. Plenty of secure parking.”
