This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We offer a remote check-in option and provide you with the requirements to obtain the code to the lock box in the Check-in message. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Shell Point is a beautiful area and is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. This small community is close to Wakulla Springs State Park, the Wakulla and St. Marks Rivers, the St. Marks Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge, the Seineyard Seafood Restaurant and the Wildwood Golf Course. The neighborhood is golf-cart friendly, and has a public beach with bathrooms, pavilions, a playground, and showers walking distance from the home. You can park your boat in the canal and there is a large public boat ramp just a few blocks from your driveway.
Lockbox access
Comfort and relaxation awaits you at Lookout Point. Each bedroom is furnished with just what you need to enjoy a quiet retreat on the water. Take a nap on the large front porch and watch the birds fly over the canal. Take a ride on the golf cart and explore the neighborhood.
Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and features a king bed.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs and features a queen bed and twin bed.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs and also features a queen and twin bed. Note: photos do not show twin bed in this room but it was added post-photos.
No public transit in Shell Point, but golf cart available for rental.
2 adult kayaks and 2 children's kayaks (and life jackets) included.
While we love furry friends, no pets allowed.

Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.
Golf Cart Rental (Optional)

Pricing:
$40 per night of your reservation
$150 per week of your reservation
How it works:
Must be reserved and paid for prior to use, but can be reserved at any time during your stay.
For stays of less than a week, golf cart must be rented for the duration of your stay from the day you book it for each full day. For example, if your stay is Monday-Thursday and you rent the golf cart on Tuesday, you would need to rent the golf cart for Tuesday and Wednesday of your stay, but not on the day you check out.

Once booked, guests receive a lockbox code and instructions for accessing the key

Driver must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
Guests are responsible for the golf cart during the rental period
Golf cart must be operated responsibly and charged as instructed
Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges.
