“Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. ”

“We wanted to be based close to Doolin, Caherconnel Fort, and Aillwee Cave. This property was a hit. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, plenty of parking, two pubs right across the road, and a little hotel on a kitty corner for a night cap complete with the live music on Saturday evening. ”

“Lovely experience. Richard the owner was very accomdating and answered all my questions. Very close to downtown Ennis and the Cathedaral (a five minute walk). I would absolutley stay at this property again. A sweet taste of local Irish living. ”

“Eden cottage is a beautiful property…clean, comfortably furnished, beautiful surroundings, close to Ennis and blessed with about 100 delightful sheep neighbors. We especially enjoyed the hot tub as well. Mark was perfect as a host be sure to read the property book. He provides all of the the info needed to enjoy your stay. It is a perfect place to recover from a long flight. ”

“We had a lovely stay in this house. It was located in a beautiful location overlooking the estuary and a short drive from the local village. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting”

“This property is ideally located from activities in the SouthWest of Ireland. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with a quite road. The layout of the house was ideal for my 2 kids and me and the wife. The kids used the 1 bedroom with two single beds and the wife and I slept in the master bedroom. Two upstairs bathrooms made the stay comfortable and the dresser and wardrobe accomodated my clothes perfectly. I always find putting away my clothes on vacation makes the trip last longing……

“We made the barricks property our home base for our family group of 9 while exploring Ireland and could not have asked for better accommodations! The restored property is absolutely beautiful! Our lovely host, Marion, shared the rich history of the barricks with us and we were amazed at how much work went into restoring the property. “Our group loved our stay at this location! Waking up and ending the day to such glorious views of the landscape and ocean was the perfect vacation. Just a short distance to Doolin, the Aran Islands, and the Cliffs of Moher, as well as Galway and the Burren, we had more day trips planned than we had days to explore.
