"This hotel is great for the price - the room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful and it had enough basic breakfast options to make sure we would be set for the morning (the warm cinnamon buns were an original and delicious touch!). The pool was ok but everyone in the parking lot can see you in it, especially at night, so I didn’t feel that comfortable, and there were no bathrobes which was a bit of a downside. The hotel is well-located to visit downtown Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountain Village. We also went to Bruce Peninsula from there which was an approximately 2-hour drive. I would go back to that hotel if I went back to Collingwood."

"Nothing special- The property is not as well groomed as the others. The wood finishes in the room and carpet were worn out. It took a very long time for hot water to arrive in the bathroom sink and shower. There is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom so shaving or applying makeup was a challenge. It is nice that they give you free passes to the ridge runner and canopy climb, however due to the late check in time of 4pm we did not get to utilize them as they closed at 6pm. By the time we walked around and ate something that option was gone. Staff was professional and friendly and the hotel is clean otherwise."

"Place was just okay, needs updating, security everywhere, children screaming and running through halls, flying a drone in main entrance, would probably not go back!"

"The room was clean but bathroom area could be updated. Very good breakfast with a good variety of choices. Staff was welcoming ,friendly and efficient. Pleasant stay for us😊"

"Breakfast was good, a decent variety as well. Parking was good, although the lot sure fills up quickly. Staff was attentive, even for a tired traveller. My room was clean and with a western view, bright in the afternoon."

"We were in Barrie for a dance comp so little time was spent in the hotel. It was clean and comfortable though showed signs of wear. The gym is not patrolled and I wonder if it is cleaned often enough. Overall though the stay was great and if we were going back to Barrie, I would stay here."

"What a wonderful spot to over night in the off season Staff were so friendly (all staff indoor and outdoors) Hot tub was perfect for a wee soak before getting back on the road again "
