“The staff are fantastic! They provided a suite when we inquired about an upgrade and made our stay a lot better. They also allowed us to check out later even though they were fully booked. The hotel could use a renovation but the state of our room and the facility is great. It’s obvious they work hard to keep it clean. Overall, it was a great stay! ”

Spending Saturday at the Nordic spa and then a gourmet dinner in Collingwood. They thanked me so much after they left and said it was a beautiful place to stay. Lisa was a great communicator - thanks for sharing your spot. ”

“Staff was great, room smelled like cigarettes, tub faucet leaked, water from tap was brown, tiles falling off, bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Breakfast was decent. There were teams staying there, and the children were running and screaming for hours! Beginning at 7am. Nobody did anything about it. Will not stay there again. Again the staff were very nice! Not their fault the place is not kept up, it’s old but doesn’t have to be that bad. Not happy ”
