「Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. 」

「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! 「除了入口稍稍找了一下外，其他都很好，一出門就能逛街、買東西、吃飯...等等，離湖邊也很近能隨時去散散步放空。因為地理位置會有許多坡道，建議大行李寄存車站，或是搭計程車（離車站很近，價格請於當地詢問或參考其他人的經驗值），不然下坡到飯店還可以，上坡到車站那可是一段長長的天堂路啊...XD))))」
