「Very friendly staff. Welcomed us with a smile and were also interested in plans for the stay. Even we stayed just one night, we were hosted like friends. Service was perfect. Food was much better as you might expect in a Hostel. We will come back! Thank you guys for beeing such a nice team! 」

「This place has the most incredible views. Everyone is so friendly and it was like going home each day. The only reason i didnt give top stars was the sleeping arrangement. We booked for 5 people and got 4 beds. Luckily our son was able to sleep with us in the big bed. 」

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
