“It was like home away from home”

“This room was clean and provided what we needed. the bathroom shower curtain rod was rusted and out of date. We totally enjoyed our two day stay, but if it was a week reservation we might have requested a change. The a/c unit in the bedroom was so loud I had to sleep on the sleep sofa, which was actually quite comfortable to my surprise. We would come again, but look for a more updated unit in the future. We were in 427! Overall- great view, great place - give it a 3 of 5!!!”

“Everything was great! When we came in, we were promptly greeted by the friendly valet! Dane was our guy! Very professional, courteous & went above and beyond. The property is well managed , ocean front views, firepits, great pool, excellent lobby! — the breakfast food was yummmyyy — lots of options [cereal, fruit, omelet bar, bacon, sausage, French toast] the coffee was mid but everything else we had was delish! Would definitely come back!”

“This hotel had excellent location in st Augustine directly across from the beach and close to the Amp (I was attending concert there). But the floor in room was so sandy I had to keep shoes on in room and a towel just to clean feet. Very outdated but spacious room. My biggest concern )as I was traveling alone) is that this hotel opened up their parking lot to the public to pay $15 and park there but not stay there. This policy brought in shady people who were also loud in the parking lot. This……

“Location was good but pictures are deceiving the pool is very small the hotel is extremely understaffed there was only one person working the front desk, they charge you to park your car even though we had to park outside and not in the garage seemed slightly over priced didn’t even have one bottle of complimentary water in the room. For almost $300 a night I would say you’re better off at the Hilton garden nine.”
