Everything was as expected and entirely sufficient for our stay. Had a wonderful time. Small thing that isn’t often found in properties is a crockpot! Makes those dinners after skiing super simple!

Cozy and Convenient Ski Apt.
A very good base for our family of four skiing vacation. The pictures are pretty accurate. We cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed evening movies and shows in the cozy living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The building's common areas were surprisingly quiet so we were never bothered by outside noise. Closest lift was maybe an 8-9 minute walk away which was convenient enough that we never bothered taking the bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall foliage trip
We came to Crested Butte to see the gorgeous fall colors. The condo worked great for 4 adults. It isn’t the newest but it had all the comforts we needed: soft beds, plenty of plush towels, a well stocked kitchen. (dishes, paper towels, and some condiments), cozy family room with fireplace and a balcony. Both bedrooms had a door to the interior of the complex but only one had a combination lock (not a big deal). Instructions for checking in and out were clear and helpful. Very nice place to stay. A bit pricey but similar to other properties nearby.

Fall weekend in Crested Butte
Cozy, quiet and comfortable. Easy to find, easy to enter. It felt homey. Though very clean, some furnishings need updating. We felt at home & enjoyed our stay. Crested Butte in September is gorgeous!

Pretty much like the pictures
Property looked like the pictures, except that the kitchen and carpeting were a little more worn than they appear. Communication was a bit slow, in that I asked a non-urgent question about the unit at 7 pm and received a (helpful) response early the next morning. It was very nice having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. Nice location.

Thank you for your review! We have replaced the carpeting and linoleum in the kitchen/dining area with attractive wood-like tile floors. It looks much better! Check out the new photos. We are always striving to improve the condo and our guest's experience.

Nice stay in crested Butte
We had a good time. We came for the wildflowers but were disappointed. We might have been too late. The facility was a bit disappointing. The pool was empty and the hot wasn’t open. The air circulation in the unit doesn’t allow much fresh air to come in. Consequently it gets warm and it’s hard to cool down in the evening. The ceiling fans help but the bedrooms don’t get much, if any, fresh air. Although we didn’t watch much TV the system worked well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit is very quiet and we had no trouble with any of the appliances.

Thank you for your feedback! The pool and hot tub had been under renovations, but they are now freshened up and available for guests to use. We also have two tower fans in the unit to supplement the air flow the circulation system provide. We are always looking to improve what we offer to our guests and do appreciate your response.

It was very adequate for our needs. There ended up being only 3 of us. The bedrooms were very hot to sleep in. The fans overhead & standing were helpful but loud. The kitchen felt cluttered. Cannot imagine how 6 people could manage. The pool was closed, sad. Only one grill available, so had to wait in line. Location was great.

We were impressed with the condo and loved the location steps away from the bus stop which we used at all times for ease of access to everywhere we wanted to go. The condo itself was great and fit our family perfectly we absolutely loved our stay and hope to come again sooner than later I will definitely stay here again

Great location!
Cozy space with 2 small bedrooms and living area with a nice well stocked kitchen. Great location. Bus shuttle right across the street to ski lifts and downtown. Needs updating and a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. Indoor pool is nice, but not warm enough to replace hot tub that is out of order.

Cozy condo great for 2 couples and a baby
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The 2 bedroom unit was cozy. It has great sound proofing between bedrooms as we didn't even hear our friends' baby cry in the night despite sharing a wall. The location right next to CB resort and across the street from a bus stop was extremely convenient. Only kind of strange thing is that you enter the unit through either of the bedrooms, but the beds, kitchen, and living area again while cozy were everything we needed.

This property was exactly what our family was expecting. The kitchen had everything needed to cook comfortably. I also appreciated the extra blankets/pool towels. The location in proximity to the bus line was awesome! We had a fabulous stay and would stay here again.

amazing spot for a ski trip
Extremely clean. The shuttle to the base of CB is very convenient. Walking distance to a couple of bars and a convenience store, but most nightlife is a short drive. I didn't realize from the listing that there are 2 bathrooms, which was great for some privacy if you are in a group of 2-4.

Good condo. Disappointing property management.
Condo served our needs just fine and location was great. The only problem was the hot tub has been out of service for some time. Had we known that prior to booking we likely would have gone elsewhere. After a day of skiing finding a broken hot tub was quite the disappointment.

Great location, we couldn’t figure out the heater the condo stayed really hot, or really cold if we had the fresh air vent on. Not the owners fault but the spa was closed due to failing an electrical inspection

The check in process was very easy and the owner/ manager very responsive. The apartment was within walking distance to the ski resort which we loved! The apartment was clean and cozy, just perfect for a family of 4 with two bathrooms and kids sleeping in their own beds. We enjoyed our stay!

Our first visit to CB couldn’t have gone better. With over a foot of fresh powder the skiing was epic, and then to come back to a cozy condo was so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

This is a great place to stay close to the mountain. The bus picks you up right outside the door and takes 2 minutes to get to the slopes. I would recommend this condo for sure.

Great ski condo
Rustic and well equipped with everything one needs. Bus to ski area is quick, easy, and convenient. TV has a Roku stick and blu ray player. Internet is slow but could still stream with some buffering. Pool is too cold to enjoy. The hot tub was out of commission for our trip. Property manager claims building manager is stringing owners along saying it will get fixed soon but it keeps getting delayed. Verify it's working if this is important to you. Noah and Carol were great and worked with us to make sure we had great stay.

Perfect Place for a Family Getaway
My family and I were in the area for a wedding and decided to make a weekend out of it. This cute little condo was the PERFECT place to crash! Super clean, lots of amenities, and couldn’t ask for a more responsive and considerate host. Recommend 1000%!!

This 2 bedroom condo is across the street from the mountain. The town shuttle is right there too. The place is clean with super comfy beds. Kitchen fully stocked. Easy check in and communication with owner.

Affordable condo with convenient access to ski resort
We loved our time staying in Crested Butte and snowboarding for two full days. We walked over the lifts both days, which took about 10-12 minutes. The condo had enough beds for 5 of us. Some of the furniture and carpet is dated, but for the convenience and price it was well worth the stay.

Great Location - Little TLC Wouldn't Hurt
Good Awesome location - could almost walk to lift if motivated. Bus to mountain comes every 15 minutes (suggest it gets posted in room). 1st stop after day of skiing is great. Pool was somewhat heated, my boys did spend a long time in there and had it mostly to ourselves. Hottub was great after long day of skiing. Just wished the bubbles worked. Checkin was easy. Might not be able to get parking pass if there after hours. Note there are not human elevators to this 3rd floor condo, though there is a small freight elevator for luggage we finally found. Communication was ok. Owner usually got back in a couple of hours. Two bathrooms were great for family of five - plenty of towels, including for pool/hot tub. Needs Improvement House could use a little TLC. Kitchen drawer was missing. Permanent stains on lounge chairs. Internet was essentially nonexistent while we stayed there. Unable to connect for 3 days. The internet TV did connect sporadically, but when watching a movie, buffered every few minutes. I eventually gave up with Wifi and was able to use my phone's hotspot. This should be addressed. If internet is important to your stay, beware there may be issues. Owner said it's a bit unreliable because it's shared through entire condo. Might be time to invest in a local unit. Cable was out for 24 hours. Came back on Sunday. Instructions for using TV were missing, though we eventually figured it out. Humidifiers were a nice touch, but could use a cleaning. Pullout had not been cleaned upon arrived. Full of crumbs/potato chips when we pulled out first time. Underwear found under couch. We notified owner, but ended up vacuuming ourselves. That put a damper on arrival. No one wanted to sleep there. Overall, the house was ok, and again location for skiing was great. For the price point, I expect a bit more cleanliness and updates.

Perfect getaway
We stayed here for the ease of commuting to the ski resort. Couldn't have been happier with the proximity. Parking was pretty full with snow in the parking lot. That being said, they cleared out the lot while we were there and it opened many more spots.

The condo was adequate for my needs. Basic but not special in any way. It is a 3rd floor walk up so if you have a lot of luggage it’s not easy. The condo complex has no amenities. It is walkable to the ski area at Mt Crested Butte but not to the town of Crested Butte. Though I’m sure the place was clean, due to the age of the carpet, furnishings, and fixtures it seemed old and “ lived in”. It’s in need of updating and carpet cleaning. Overall average. Probably won’t stay there again

The only thing I didn’t take into consideration was having to navigate the stairs to the 3rd floor. My daughter lacks depth perception so it took her a couple of excursions to get comfortable going up and down the stairs. Otherwise I enjoyed staying there and will return.

Check in was super easy. Noah got back to me right away when I had a question. This place is VERY CLEAN and comfortable. Pillow top beds, awesome deck, well stocked kitchen and across the street from the mountain. Pool and hot tub also very clean. We hope to go back again next year.

Perfect for a ski getaway
This was a great place to stay for our ski adventure at Crested Butte. The bus pick up to the mountain was right outside the door. And we loved the pool and hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a weekend skiing at Crested Butte!
We have stayed in this building and this condo multiple times. We love it! The hot tub and pool are great bonuses, especially with excited kiddos. The location is awesome: catch the bus for 1-2 stops or walk 5-10minutes to the village/lifts. The condo is comfortable and cozy; upgraded beds were really comfortable this stay. The kitchen equipment leaves a little to be desired, but you can still make all your meals in easily. We love the top floor location and big tv for being lazy after playing outside. The host is responsive and helpful. Thanks for another great long-weekend at Crested Butte!

Booked this based on price - expected for what we paid. The condo complex is dated and relatively well maintained. The location is great for access to Mt. Crested Butte - walkable to the lifts (10-15 minutes with children and gear) and right on the shuttle route if you don't want to walk. There is a regular and free shuttle from the mountain to CB town - nice to have access to shops/restaurants without having to drive. The condo complex has an indoor pool that was open and moderately warm and a hot tub with an amazing view of the mountains. **Open as of Feb 21 despite COVID.** The game room/fitness center was limited - only a punching bag and two spin-type bikes for working out and the game room had pool, ping-pong, and fuss ball table - never figured out where/how to get balls. The condo itself felt a little dingy - thank goodness for the "fresh air to bedrooms" button to reduce the musty smell. The kitchen was well equipped however, in COVID times not sure that leaving condiments or unfinished food for the next guest is really appropriate. Beds were OK, pillows were lumpy and seemed old (an old pillow is absorbing your body oil, dead skin cells, and hair over time, and it might even turn into an environment for dust mites to grow, according to the National Sleep Foundation). Positive: location and ability to stay and not use your car Price Improves: cleanliness or the feeling of cleanliness
