Welcome to Heartleaf Condo!
Amazing (and affordable) access to everything Crested Butte has to offer!
This cute, pet-friendly condo has its own direct exterior access, private deck with a grill, and off-street parking.
The Heartleaf Condo is just blocks away from all of Historic Downtown’s shops, restaurants, parks and entertainment. This condo offers incredible value and location for its most recent upgrades, and offers easy access to incredible hiking, biking, skiing, or just taking your furry friend for a stroll to the river or along the recreation path.
The downstairs level has the living area, newly refurbished kitchen with all new appliances, a dining table, bedroom and a full bath There is also television and private wireless internet, along with DVD player and live streaming device. Outside offers a covered porch area in which to relax after an epic day riding our mountain trails. There is also an outdoor grill, deck seating, and a space to park your bikes, skis, and boards.
The Center for the Arts is just down the street, offering great music by big-name artists, as well as films and performances of every type, and Crested Butte’s best public parks with fun for all ages are right out your door. The free Mt. Express shuttle stop is just up the street and stops every 15 minutes, for a 6 minute ride the base area of Mt. Crested Butte.
If you are looking for value but not looking to compromise on location, this is the perfect property for your friends and family!
Bedding Arrangement Breakdown:
1st Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
3rd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed
*Rent both Waterleaf Condo and Heartleaf Condo together for larger groups that want a separate space but close proximity to each other.*
We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge.
Property has a private entrance.
**Disclosures:
** Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with the management company details of which will be provided on reservation..
*Well-behaved pets are considered (2 dog max, max weight 50 lbs, sorry, no cats. $100 + tax per pet, per visit.
*While we try to keep our calendars updated, it is possible that new reservations have not yet been added to the VRBO calendar. Please click the "Contact Manager" button to inquire with the office for the most accurate availability.
*There are two designated, off street parking spaces for this unit. Please note that during the winter season only one parking space is guaranteed due to snow removal. During the winter season, please be sure to abide by the posted Winter Parking Laws to avoid ticketing/towing.
*The Waterleaf Condo (VRBO #662466) is located directly next door in the same building. Rent both condos for larger groups looking for privacy but wanting close proximity to one another.
*A security deposit is required in the form of either a damage insurance policy or a $1,500.00 refundable deposit.
***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthoriztion will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com.
****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
**** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.
**** Please note that in the winter months access to this unit's private parking may require a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Although the alley and driveway are plowed. These areas may become bumpy and narrow, due to snow storage and Conditions created by melting snow.
