Perfect for 2-4 people.
The condo itself is excellent. Good view, selection of channels on TV, big kitchen table, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. Smells and looks clean. We would book again. Any critique would be of the building. One entrance door didn't work properly, so getting out of the hot tub wasn't fun as you had to walk further to get to a working door. This unit doesn't allow dogs but many other units in the building do have dogs (noise). The hot tub can fit 8 people but only 4 comfortably, so it's a popular spot, and is only cleaned Mon Wed Fri.

Great Location
We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location to hiking in the area. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and we had a great view of the mountains on our balcony. We were also thankful the elevator worked! Would definitely recommend. Shay was wonderful to work with.

The unit was clean and had plenty of kitchen items (glasses, plates, silverware, appliances etc...). The beds were comfortable. The elevator did not work, and the hot tub was not clean and in good working order. There were plenty of towels and linens. We had a nice stay.

Hi Linda, We're sorry you were dissatisfied with the elevator and the hot tub. Both of these are managed by the HOA and not our company so unfortunately there is not much we can do other than call them when there are issues, which we do. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and felt that the condo was comfortable!

Location to Mountain is Better than Anticipated
Right off the bus loop which takes you directly to first chair. Other reviews say it’s small, I’d honestly say it’s more of quaint but rather perfectly sized if you can handle sharing a bathroom with four people. It’s what we expected and didn’t disappoint.

Beautiful location
This condo is at a great location. I love staying at Timbers. It was clean and had a great view of crested butte, and close to everything. The only downsides were that the furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the condo is very small. I stayed with one other person and can’t imagine fitting more than two people in there. Owners are responsive and ready to help with any issues although we did not end up needing them for anything.

Great Place near Crested Butte
The condo was comfy, clean, and had great views. It's only about a 5 minute drive from downtown Crested Butte and some great hiking. It's a beautiful area and we had a fantastic stay!

Crested Butte Skiing 2022
My husband, 6 year old and I all stayed at Mount Crested Butte for some early spring skiing in 2022. The condo was clean and the facility was quiet. It's a quick walk to the base of the mountain and easy for us to grab a shuttle if we were too tired after a day on the slopes. The kitchen had all of the essentials you need to prepare a meal there and the in room laundry was a bonus! It's so nice to have clean clothes throughout the stay. Thank you for a great space to stay!

Great condo, not so great HOA
I couldn't be happier with the condominium and the management company. The unit has clearly been renovated in recent years. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. The HOA is letting this unit / owner down. The hot tube was unusable and the long outdoor staircase to the mountain was not shoveled. They weren't responsive to the management company's request to clean the hot tub. The management company did provide a refund because of the hot tube issue even though I communicated it wasn't necessary. I can assume the owner can work with the HOA to resolve those issues and I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location for family ski break
Perfect location for easy family ski break. We found it easy to walk to the slopes, 7 mins from condo, and that was with a 5 and 7 year old and us carrying their skis as well as ours. Lots of steps, yes, but I'd always rather walk than wait on a shuttle. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Very clean condo.

Beautiful views of the mountains
This property was ideally located for accessing the slopes via a short shuttle to the base of Crested Butte Resort. Views of the area from the vantage of the 3rd floor were wonderful. Would definitely like to return to this property in the future. Nice modern appointments and layout.

Great place to stay while skiing!
This property was great. The location is perfect. We were in Crested Butte to ski. The shuttle service could not have made it easier to get to the mountain to ski and also to go to the town of Crested Butte. We didn't need to get in our car. The property itself was updated, clean, and very comfortable. The property manager was very quick to reply to any and all questions we had. I highly recommend this property if you are heading to CB to ski!

My husband and I enjoyed four nights at this beautiful property. Loved being on the third floor with great views of the mountains. Unit was super clean, well stocked, and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the location that allowed us easy access to town and outdoor activities. We had one minor issue with WiFi and they responded immediately with a good result. We would definitely stay here again and maybe bring friends next time for the extra bedroom.

Very clean and modern
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Everything was as described and as shown on pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from balcony and bedrooms was awesome. The only one thing which I wasn’t a big fan of was the bed cause it was super soft - but that is just my personal preference. The bedrooms were clean and big plus for a very nice comforters. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely check if it’s available next time I will visit Mt Crested Butte.

Not ideal for more than two people
Pros: Walking distance to the slopes, nice views from the balcony, fully stocked kitchen Cons: - The beds and bedrooms are really small. I think the beds were only full size so for me and my 6’3 husband it wasn’t ideal and the bedrooms were very small. - The living space is small. We went with another couple so with four people and only 1 small couch and chair to relax after a long day of skiing wasn’t ideal. Someone either had to sit on the floor or in a kitchen chair. - They only give you two rolls of toilet paper for four people over three nights. Needless to say we ran out and it just felt a little ridiculous to not stock with more than two rolls of TP and expect us to go buy toilet paper for a short weekend stay at a rental. - It would get very hot in there. The thermostats didn’t seem to work, we had them turned all the way down and still had to open the windows and use fans at night. - The hot tub was broken. All in all, I just wouldn’t recommend this place for more than two people and only for a short weekend stay.

Hi Brittany, I'm sorry you had any issues at the condo. The beds are a full and a queen size and the unit is small. We liken it to euro-style living where you have everything you need but compacted into a small livable space. We do advertise the beds appropriately and I could see how a person 6'3" might not find a queen bed super comfortable and certainly not the full. Prior to arriva (actually at the time of booking)l we give you all the details of what we stock which includes the amount of TP so that you can be prepared prior to arrival. We are in no way trying to be Chintzy but we've had supply issues with paper products since March. With the unit on the top floor, it can get warm in there and you did the right think by turning down the thermostats but its very easy to crack a window in the winter and get it cooled down appropriately very quickly. The hot tub was shutdown due to Covid. Its unfortunate and I'm sorry.

Great condo in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte resort
We had a great time staying here. It made for very easy access to skiing and was comfortable and relaxing to return to afterwards. Our only real complaint was that the frying pans have some cooked on gunk that we tried to scrub off, but couldn't get clean, and the condo filled up with smoke fairly immediately when trying to cook with them. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay - cozy, nice views, well stocked, and in a great location.

Nice place close to mountain resort
Good location and beautiful views from the deck. The condo was clean and updated although the furniture wasn't all that comfortable. Great hiking very close by. The bed was comfortable although one of the beds is very short. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Nice deck - view of ski hill
Unit is as shown in pictures, met our needs for extended weekend, enjoyed having the deck to see the ski hill, glad it was on 3rd floor for better view. Unit had all the basics to make our stay comfortable. Nice to have fresh air but had to close the blinds at night due to the spotlight on the building across the parking lot glaring directly into the unit. We were glad fans were available in the bedrooms.

Good base for outdoor activities
Listing was as described and very clean. Location is ideal if you are looking for easy access to the ski area. A small grocery is within walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped as is the restroom. Great stay!

The condo was nice but it did not come with the items on the to be expected list, luckily we were prepared with our own things. Also laundry was left in both the dryer and washing machine when we arrived and had to be processed by us before we could do our checkout. With that being said it was a cozy place with nice views.

Wonderful condo!
We LOVED staying at this condo! It was the perfect location for our family of 4. It is close to the shuttle stop that takes you to the resort & travel center to go to town and has a wonderful view of the lifts and CB ski runs. It was so fun to watch the torchlight parade and fireworks from our balcony on New Years Eve! The beds were super comfy and the condo is nicely updated and decorated. The washer/dryer came in super handy when we needed to do laundry and the kitchen has more than enough space to prepare food for meals. It was nicely stocked with dishes, items needed for cooking and even laundry detergent! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Crested Butte. Wonderful vacation spot!

Cute and modern apartment. Rooms are smalls and the beds are smaller than queen size (full?). I am 5’7” and my wife is 5’ the bed was tight. Very bright bedrooms and Living room. Elevator and a couple of flights of outdoor stair will put you right on the free bus stop to the ski lifts.

Incredible Views of Mt. Crested Butte!
A modern, clean and comfortable condo in a convenient location to both town and the hill. We had a terrific four-night stay and overall, the complex was quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Bed in second bedroom is super short, so if you have tall guests, that might not work so well for them. Top floor unit, so no sounds from above! The voew of Mt. CB from the balcony was a total bonus.

The Timbers @ Mount Crested Butte
We just stayed here last week and LOVED it! Perfect location for easily getting to town for hiking and restaurants. Well stocked condo (dishes; pots/pans; laundry detergent; soap; shampoo; paper products; etc) where we could prepare meals; do our laundry; and sleep VERY well after all of the hiking, as the beds were super comfortable! TV and reception was good for the Stanley Cup finals and movies in the evening. Very clean; plenty of room; loved the balcony view; quiet on the top floor without anyone walking overhead; and reasonable price for the area. We would definitely stay here again! Also, Shay was quick to respond to my questions and to send over all confirmation info - very easy to work with!

Great location and as advertised except the hot tub
Location, location, location. You can walk to the base in 5 minutes or take the free shuttle from right outside the condo. There may be closer condos but the location - cost relationship was great. The unit is small but modern, clean and as shown in the pictures. Our biggest complaint was that he hot tub was not in service half the time. We stayed 5 nights and tried to use the hot tub 4 times after skiing. The first day it was 57 degrees, the second day it was 96 degrees so barely comfortable but somewhat useable. The third day it was out of service as they emptied it and refilled it. The final day of skiing was the only day it was operating at normal temperature. When we select ski condos hot tubs are a requirement so this was a significant disappointment.

I am so sorry you had so many issues with the hot tub. The HOA takes care of it and they obviously had some maintenance issues with it and had to replace a few parts and inevitably had to do a drain and fill on it. The hot tub is only a few years old and this is the first major issue we've had with it. It is not what we have experienced in the past and I wouldn't expect to have these issues in the future. Our sincere apologies.

Comfortable and clean condo
