Perfect Ski in ski out!
Great condo right on the ski lift! Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Heads up the property has a lot of stairs! Three flights getting to the front door! And with Adult kiddos joining us the bunks in the 2nd bedroom were not ideal! But overall the comfort of the downstairs and 1/2 bath on the 1st floor and cleanliness and decor of the entire condo we were very comfortable! The snow cats loves to groom the trail right below the condo between 2:30am until 5am when they go into reverse the beeping is extremely loud! Although it was loud it definitely gets you up and ready to be the first down the trail! Lol! We had a great time!

We had a great time and enjoyed the property. Great location for Apres Ski and access to the slopes. Our only complaint was that the pillows were not the most comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect condo! Would definitely return.
We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for ski in/ski out. The condo was very spacious, super comfortable and well designed. Everything was exactly as described and the property manager was great to work with. We will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Crested Butte.

Great condo!
You can tell that the property owners have pride in their property and that they want guests to be comfortable. I really appreciated the tower fans since it was a hot week in CB! We also really appreciate being able to use the garage.

Great location, fairly well supplied in the kitchen. Had some trouble getting into the unit and did not hear back from the property manager until the next day. Eventually got in after going out for dinner but it was frustrating to have to wait. Worth mentioning that there are 42 stairs breezed to get into the first level of this unit. Not a big deal for me but if you have older travelers, or are coming from the lower elevations it might be allot.

Great location for convenience to skiing activities. Well maintained condo. Attentive property management company. Only negative is nightly grooming of slopes. Snow cats run all night so light sleepers will not get good rest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was me and my late teen son and everything was perfect for us. The condo was clean, cozy, and well outfit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped for our needs. And the property hot tub was amazing for sore legs after skiing / snowboarding. The only (very minor) challenge we had was at check in getting the proper door codes to work, but a quick call remedied this. They are in the process of updating the locks/check in, so I fully expect that the process is already resolved. We will be back!

This is one of the best properties on Crested Butte Mountain, absolutely in the middle of everything. Truly a ski in/ski out and made our stay better than ever. Renting this was a breeze, management keeps you well informed. Best vacation ever!!

Great location!
We loved the location of this property! It's right next to the slope, easy to get to the lift and even easier on the return down the slope. All the skiers in our group loved this about the property. We would definitely return. The grandparents loved being able to watch the rest of the family come down the slopes and relax in between. We really appreciated the half bathroom on the living room/ kitchen level, especially the grandparents who were feeling the altitude. All the other guests we met at the jacuzzi and in the parking lot were super friendly. We needed a toilet fixed upon arrival, we were able to contact the property manager immediately and it was fixed the next day. We enjoyed watching the machine groom the slopes ready for the next day. Our kids appreciated the 2 disc sleds, they popped out to join other kids on the slope in the evenings. The kitchen is huge and beautiful with new, clean appliances. We did fine with the steps into the condo. Most of the steps are inside, private access and give you a place for your skis. Our group: my parents in their late 70s, spouse and myself with our 14 and 10 year old kids. Sleeping setup was not great for our group. My parents took to master bedroom which was perfect. My husband took the lower bunk in the second bedroom, with me on the top bunk. We took the mattress off the trundle and laid it on the floor for the 10 year old. The 14 year old slept on the couch downstairs. The mattresses on the bunk bed are not great. The mattress on the trundle is not really a mattress, you can feel the wooden slats underneath. The ladder for the bunkbed is not ideal (narrow steps and the top hooks were loose). We drive a Ford Expedition with a cargo box on top. It snowed each night we were there. The snow builds up in the parking lot and leaves a tight spot much tighter. We backed up to the garage as much as possible and was able to get some of the cargo box under the overhang. We were fortunate not to have a car either side of us during our stay. We did use our car once each day, the exit out of the private condo lot onto Emmons Rd has a hill which was slick each day. I slid out each day and observed others doing the same. Emmons road ends right there and people use that spot to drop off and turn around so it can get congested. On the last day I slid within a foot of one of these vehicles. Definitely something to be aware of!

Hi Tracy, Thanks for your feedback. We will look into the condition of the mattresses on the bunk bed & trundle. Trundle mattresses are thin by nature to fit under the bed. Fantastic Location!
This condo was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Crested Butte from. The views are amazing and the location was fantastic. We loved the convenience of ski-in, ski-out and met lots of friendly neighbors in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

The best location!
The condo was very nice, clean, and safe. It snowed a lot overnight each day so I was very happy to have the garage with the condo. I can’t imagine a better location. I taught my young kids to ski and the balcony of this condo literally hangs over the kiddy ski hill and lift belt (magic carpet). It’s a 2 minute walk to the base of the mountain, and less than that to numerous convenient food options. If there was any negative at all, which this wasn’t a big deal, it was the hot water heater. Maybe it’s a Colorado winter thing, but the hot water lasted long enough for 1 quick shower and then you had to wait. That being said if this place is open next time I go I will happily book it! The pictures don’t do the property justice - the unit is wonderfully bright, views are amazing and it was the best location possible for getting access to the lifts. Our kids loved the board games to keep them entertained after skiing and I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry. We would 100% stay here again!

My family and I spent 5 nights in this condo and had a great time. We initially requested to push our arrival and departure days back a couple weeks due to COVID-19. Property would not work with us on that due to being within 14 days of arrival but was able to push back one day, which we were thankful for. This would be a prime ski in/out during the winter months. The parking for this particular unit is probably the closest one you would want in this complex due to how tight/narrow the lot gets. The unit has multiple floors/stairs inside and outside the unit. It was not an issue for us but good to know for those who cannot use them. The property was nicely decorated, very well stocked with 10-12+ different spices for cooking as well as a tea and coffee set up. They do need to add window screens to a couple windows so they could be opened without birds or bugs flying in. We had a minor issue with the dryer but repair was quickly done so we could use it during our stay. Stairs do not have any child safety gates for small children. Condo did have multiple games for families and children to play which was nice for us and our older child to pass some time in the evening. Great communication and response time from the property manager. Over all I would recommend this condo for its location, cleanliness, and furnishings.

Mountain Bike Trip in CB
We really enjoyed the property, the place was great for resting up and had a great kitchen with views right on the mountain. We enjoyed the showers and being able to wash clothes! We did not particularly enjoy doing 5 sets of stairs to go in and out, and the parking is limited, there needs to be better management as we could not fit two vehicles in the garage/in front of it due to the other units parking and blocking our driveway. The lighting in the place is sketchy, and grounded improperly, or just poorly wired. Although this property is great and fulfilled our trip needs. I don't think we would come back due to the lack of being able to truly park in our own driveway, stairs and sketchy electrical. Thank you for sharing your place with us and I hope my feedback was constructive.

We would have been happy to come up an assist you with the lighting. We agree that the lighting is more complicated than it needs to be, but they are not in any way "sketchy" not "not grounded" properly. This renovations were inspected by the proper building inspectors. This property just passed the Town of Mt CB's short term rental inspection earlier this summer. So, we are confident that the electrical and lighting is safe. This unit allows for parking in the garage and directly outside the garage. We would have been happy to contact the HOA manager about your parking issues had we been notified. We appreciate your business and hope to host you again in the future.

we have stayed at several different places in crested butte for skiing. this condo was perfect for our young family of 4! wonderful /nice renovations! the view from balcony was great to have our lunch break and watch skiers pass by. if i had to find one negative it would be the stairs to get up and down-- but not a far walk at all to get where you clip into skis! less than 15 yards i would say :) we will definitely stay here again if its available.

Very nice summer mountain stay
This is a ski condo located directly on the mountain (a ski-in, ski-out); however, we utilized it for summer fun (biking, hiking, resting). We were very pleased. The condo had a nice mountain feel, was tidy and had a nice balcony (with a view). It was very peaceful and would recommend for summer usage.

We loved staying in this Unit. It is very close to the base and you can ski in and out with minimal effort. I would note that if you can't do stairs, this is not the unit for you. You have to go up stairs from the parking lot and once you enter the doors you have 3 more flights of stairs to get into the ground floor of the unit. However- the unit is decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable and everything you need is in there. Plenty of coffee filters, blender, and the fireplace is fantastic after a long day on the mountain. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Butte and skiers coming down the mountain. You can hear either the plow or the Cat around 5 am each day beeping, but ear plugs will fix that- otherwise you can't go wrong. We will be back!

This is a very nice ski property. We were able to ski-in/out from the back side of the property. The bedrooms are well appointed, everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, and the property manager was very easy to contact and work with. We were able to leave our car parked at the property and ski the morning of check out which was a plus. The condo has plenty of towels, beds were comfy and the bathrooms were beautiful, clean and the jacuzzi tub was nice to have after a day of skiing! Keep in mind when renting that the garage is very small. Our SUV did not fit (about 3 inches too long to close the door) and if you have a roof rack, it will unlikely clear the top. The turn to enter the garage is very tight. Also, there are two half-flight stairs to get to the front door and then a full flight to the entrance of the property. This was not a problem for us, but may be if you have lots of gear or someone with mobility issues. The hot tub is about 50 feet away and very convenient. The upper deck overlooks the lifts and was a great place to sit and watch skiers. We loved it. There is no access from the condo itself to the slope (like out a sliding glass door), you must walk around the units. However, this is also really easy to access, just past the hot tub. (Literally about 2 minutes from the front door of the unit.) It's much closer than other ski-in/out places I've stayed as you are not heading down a hallway/elevator to a ski locker. Crested Butte is a great little town with nice restaurants. Mount Crested Butte (the actual ski area) had nice places for lunch, but dinner offerings were sparse and I wished we had planned dinners in the condo. Keep this in mind as the kitchen in the condo is excellent. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend for a family ski vacation.

The condo was wonderful. Right on the slopes with an amazing view of the mountain and slopes. Slept my family of five comfortably, with one on pullout sofa bed. Alll grown kids and still fit comfortably. Really loved having the half bath downstairs. The condo is nicely furnished and beautiful. Here are the only downsides: 1. Stairs. You have to go up a few flights of stairs to get in the condo. If anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs, this isn't your condo. Wasn't a problem for us. 2. Light sleepers beware. In the winter, the snow cats run at night, grooming the slopes. Because this condo is right on the slopes, you can hear them at night (they make a high pitched beeping sound). It wasn't a problem for me, but my wife is a light sleeper, and it woke her quite a bit. Suggest a white noise machine or ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. 3. Parking. If you have a long car like a suburban, you won't be able to fit in the garage, and there's not much room for parking in the space outside the garage if other cars are parked there. It worked out for us, but I can see where it would be a problem if several long cars tried to park in the lot at once. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay at this condo again. It's great for a family, particularly for a ski trip. We look forward to returning!

Good property and perfect location.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property is conveniently located on the mountain and we had easy access to the main area for the summer activities. The condo was clean and comfortable. The main drawback was that the screen door was broken/off the tracks so we couldn't open the door to allow cool air through the condo or to comfortably sit out on the deck. When we contacted the manager, they said it was an HOA issue. I would also bring your own tissues and coffee-as neither was provided.

Thank you for writing a review! We appreciate your time. In regard to the screen door, we had previously contacted the HOA several times about the door and we've been told the part is on order and when it does come in it will be properly put in place. Its unfortunate that its taken some time for this to occur but ultimately we have to await the HOA to get this finished. The door is out of the way and the deck is completely usable as is just cross ventilating by opening the door. You are correct, we do not stock Kleenex or coffee but I think you will find that we stock more than most companies by giving you all you need of the items we do stock: Charmin, Bounty, Glad Trash bags, bar soap, pump soap for the sinks, Finish dish detergent, Dawn dish soap and Charlie's Laundry Soap. We eventually just have to draw the line somewhere as we simply don't have room in our stockroom to stock everything. We always hope that what we do stock is appreciated.

Great Location; plenty of room.
The property is well located, clean, updated, and plenty of space for a family of 5-6. The property manager responds quickly to any questions and assists where possible. The only detail to be aware of is the parking is challenging if you drive a big truck or Suburban. A major positive is the ability to use the Garage if you have gear or other items that don't need to be in the residence.

Slopeside retreat
This unit exceeded our expectations. Newly remodeled from top to bottom, I mean everything is updated. Kitchen was amazing, furniture and beds very comfortable, and bathrooms big and spa like. TV's in every room, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 7 easy (we only had 3), fireplace, washer and dryer worked great as well. This unit even has a one car garage with keypad for parking or your bikes. The balcony is never in the sun and provides unobstructed views on the Butte and the base of the ski resort, perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks.
