The Room was very clean with a small shopping mall next to the property, service from check in to checkout was quick and professional. My only compliment: The Jacuzzi water temperature wasn't that hot and I had no clue how to change it but I was too wet and lazy to ask for assistance.

Totally worth it

My family was making a 8 hour trip and this was the half way point for us. We have stayed in many hotels and this by far was on the top of our list. We have a 2 year old and a 1 month old and this was the perfect place. Breakfast was amazing and far surpassed our expectations. Very good food. My wife cant eat gluten or drink milk and still it was able to satisfy her for breakfast with no issue at all. If we ever make thos trip again, we will for sure stay here. Very good place with great service.

Novotel in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, is simply the BEST hotel in town. The hotel is newer, has a Jacuzzi, (dry) sauna, valet parking (for a fee), a nice small gym room, the bedrooms are well designed and decorated, with sound proof windows and awesome blackout curtains, the bathrooms are spacious and also well decorated . The front desk team is great, shout-out to Marcelo and Julie. The breakfast is FANTASTIC, with an excellent variety of food, fruits, coffees, breads, cakes, juices, and everything is fresh. The hotel isn't too close to the city center, but is next door the a very nice shopping mall, called Nações Shopping. Totally worth it to stay at this hotel.

Possivelmente o melhor da cidade, mas é um hotel bom, apenas. Nada além disso. O atendimento parece do Ibis, a cama é normal (só que grande) e o quarto de piso frio remete a hotéis de nível inferior. Mas, não temos nada melhor em Criciúma... Não que eu conheça.

Ficamos 9 dias, a academia estava com o principal aparelho em manutenção e assim ficou até o final da estadia. Me parece que ele está há bastante tempo assim. A academia tem um tamanho razoável, mas pouquíssimas opções e a que tem em manutenção. Precisa melhorar bastante essa parte!

O hotel em si é bom, bem localizado, ao lado do shopping. Quarto bem limpo e relativamente grande, chuveiro muito bom, roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade e a cama queem bem confortável. O que não foi bom é que eles oferecem um quarto espaços para 4 pessoas, porém uma das camas é um sofá cama pequeno e nada confortável, sendo que tinha espaço no quarto para colocarem mais uma cama queen ou mais duas camas de solteiro. O sofá cama poderia acomodar apenas 1 crianças em Minha opinião , duas fica extremamente desconfortável, porque além de pequeno é duro. Um pé do sofá estava quebrado, pedimos para consertarem 2 vezes, mas ninguém foi olhar, assim como também disseram que colocariam um pilowtop para ser menos duro e não o fizeram. Por fim, parei de reclamar e cada vez que o pé caia, arrumávamos sozinhos. Foram 3 noites desconfortáveis para quem dormiu no sofá cama. Acho que não deveriam oferecer a possibilidade de 4 pessoas no quarto com esse sofá cama ruim. No meu caso, éramos 2 adultos e 2 adolescentes. Outro ponto negativo foi a jacuzzi que a água era sempre morna, avisamos, chamaram um técnico e no dia seguinte a temperatura da água era a mesma e a metade dos jatos de hidromassagem também não funcionaram. Era pra ser água quentinha e relaxante, mas não foi…

Estadia frustrada pela indisponibilidade do Spa por suposta indicação de manutenção ao mesmo tempo em que havia um festival na cidade, com hospedagem de público jovem. Hotel não ofereceu nenhuma compensação. Ou seja, pagou-se por uma oferta não atendida plenamente.
