I’m usually not picky therefore I will not be hard on this hotel. Overall, good experience, the only issue is the AC, it’s not sufficient enough, or the ventilation is a little bit off, but it keeps the moisture and moldy vibe in the room. Overall it was clean, good for 2-3 days.

Room was clean, but the cigarette smell was quite intense everyday. We got used to it. But it would put a lot of people off staying here. Location was great for local foods, Laundromat down the road is super cheap. Metro within 5 minutes walk and busses all around.

Dash Living is in the heart of where the action is. You can walk to a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. It's a 10 minute walk to the transit system, or you can walk a bit more and catch the ferries to Kowloon. The location is ideal.

A No-frills room in a good location

This is a no frills place - a room with en suite and minimal servicing. It is on Hollywood Road so convenient for getting about Hong Kong (10 minutes walk to Central), and one of the best roads to wander along!

I would recommend and revisit this hotel if I return to Hong Kong. It feels very safe and the location is good, close to the Western Market to access trams and metro. There is a 7 eleven across the street and plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk.

Reasonable price for a well designed modern hotel

Lovely rooms. They were renovating the facade so unfortunately I couldnt enjoy the lovely view from my high room but I would definately stay at this place again.

We really liked the location of this hotel. We stayed for two nights and on the second night they took our towels and when we went down to the front desk they said they would bring them up and never did. The service was not the best. The room was nice overall but fairly worn.

Our stay here was okay. The location is pretty good. But the service wasn't the best. One night after I got sick, my partner went to the counter at around 3 o'clock at night to ask for some drinking water and they send him to the 7-eleven. I get that it's usually just for new guests, but I really think it would have been normal service to make an exception in such a case. The room wasn't too clean when we arrived either.

10 minutes from MTR, laundry nearby, and places to eat. Site says laundry is available on the premises but you need to pay a fee to enter the area where the laundry is plus pay to do your laundry.

I booked the premium queen’s room, yet I checked in to a room with broken AC/heater in winter, no blankets, and no towels. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night after 3am, and the room temperature was at 16 celcius. The AC was broken that I couldn’t raise temperature but to turn it off. There’s no phone in the room, so I had to call with my own cellphone at international rate to find out there’s no room service at this hotel at all. The guy asked the security to send me some towels and blanket (which the security guy couldn’t find any)…oh if you think you are getting more premium rooms, they are all located at the lower floors and you can absolutely hear everything happening on the street. I will not return to this hotel ever again.

Good location - about 8 mins walk from the train station. It is a renovated hotel - the halls are outdated, but at least the room was nice (looks new) and clean. The rooms are on the smaller end.

It was great! However they need to improve the lighting for the rooms. For the sink area, it's so dark even in the daytime. Needed to move all the table lamps just to look and see into the mirror
