"While an overall nice property and pool, the lack of activities, nearby restaurants, and difficulty driving in and out made this a less-than-ideal property. We also had a studio for two, which I would not recommend for a longer stay, as the room was very small. And while we enjoyed the amenities, including the gym and sauna, the beach was not very good, rocky and difficult to walk along (plus nowhere to walk to to). If you are visiting the coast, I suggest finding a location closer to a city...

"The property is neat, clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Location is fantastic, in a secure gated complex so feels very safe. Easy access to all amenities, very close to the beach and the port area. Estepona town is a 20 minute walk, where there are lots of excellent bars and restaurants. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Due to late arrival we had arranged to let ourselves in and to meet delightful Aga the next day. Comprehensive guidance from Per Kristian made this all very smooth. This was by some measure the best apartment we, now in our mid-70s,have stayed in. A stone's throw from the beach and with an idyllic pool and gardens alongside. From our vantage point on the 3rd floor the manicured grass looked like astroturf but was in fact the real thing with gardeners in daily attendance. The flat itself is more spacious than we had expected and has everything one could need including a large TV with in our case every UK channel we might want, and seemingly from every other European country too. Huge number if books, games and guides to the area. The large balcony has an electric awning although because it was a windy week we occasionally ate indoors on the good-sized dining table when it couldn't be used. The beach to the front was cleaned and raked daily and we had a couple of days snorkeling around the small rocky area 50m away with plenty of fish. We ate out most evenings. Plenty of good restaurants in the harbour area. We parked by the Plaza de Toros. During the day visiting the old town try Parking Ajedrez. 1 per day. Otherwise parking is a bit of a nightmare finding a space. And do visit Mercadona in Calle Italia. Have already told Per Kristian that we will return and are already counting the days..."

"We had such a good time! The house is in a great location and the pool was fantastic. Zero issues while we were there, the host was really responsive and the kitchen was well equipped. Just like the listing says, it’s a 3-storey townhouse, so there are quite a few stairs took us a couple of days to get used to, but it was totally fine after that. Highly recommend!"

"Piso ubicado en una de las colinas de Estepona, a unos 10mn andando de la playa de la Rada. Muy limpio y práctico, con A/C en todas las estancias muy eficaz y silencioso —apreciable en pleno verano. La piscina está en una urbanización cercana, a unos 5mn andando. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable, muchas gracias a Kelly, y a Natasha, quien nos atendió en Estepona."
