Perfect for us

Came from the west coast to visit the Ark. The house, yard, kayaks, games, toys, books, the stocked kitchen and readily available snacks and coffee were absolutely great. Travis was very responsive and our trip was fantastic.

Lake House Rental

Property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful lake view from deck. We enjoyed our stay. Host communicated with us before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Our stay was exactly what we expected. Communication was top notch. The location to our planned activities was perfect. The house was clean, well maintained. It has everything we needed. The kids absolutely love the game in the basement. The beds were comfortable. With 4 adults and 4 kids, everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Kentucky Derby Family Trip

This house really meet our needs and exceeded our expectations. To be in such a peaceful surroundings between derby crowds was fantastic. My regret is not booking for a longer stay! Breakfast overlooking the lake…Heaven. Thank you so much for making our family trip comfy cozy!

Seeing the Encounter of the Ark

The property was in a good location for visiting the Ark. my only suggestion would be comfortable living room furniture. It was a peaceful location and the kids enjoyed the game table.

The location is fantastic only 2-3 min off the interstate in a safe neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was clean. A plus would be a shower in the 3rd bathroom downstairs but other then that it was great.

Perfect for our family

Well maintained, nice spaces for everyone. The three king rooms were especially nice, and the two and 1/2 baths worked out well. View is nice. Would happily stay here again if we wanted to visit the Ark, Creation Museum, and Kentucky Horse Park again, with the quick access to the interstate. Very nice to have some condiments and spices available, as well as a great supply of coffees, along with some breakfast treats.

Clean, clutter-free home with excellent host!

Our family traveled to this area to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and were able to enjoy our time together in this spacious, clean home. Instructions were clear and expectations were met. We appreciated the space to spread out and the king sized beds! Kitchen was nice and made cooking super simple. Would highly recommend!

Very thoughtful host

The property was quite nice with alot of thought put in by the host with games, activities, and toys available for kids and families to do while there. They also included free coffee, and snacks. The pond out back is a bit questionable and the suburb the house is located in was crowded but overall good experience.

Exploring Kentucky

Our first trip to KY, and this was a perfect location to stay after visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Everything was in close proximity. The Ark was about a 15 minute drive. Travis was an excellent host! Stocked us up with Kcup coffee and tea, as well as snacks for breakfast and on the go. The kids enjoyed the toys, air hockey table, and kayaking! This is a great place for families with children.

Family trip to Ark

Our family enjoyed taking the grandkids to the Creation museum and the Ark at this great location on a small lake. Travis is a great host- very responsive to our questions. The home is well stocked with soaps, shampoos etc and even two kayaks which our grandkids enjoyed a lot! Thanks Travis for sharing your Ice resurfacer for home!

Good location for Ark Encounter and Creation museum

Host had excellent communication. Everything as listed. Nice extras like shampoo and conditioner, snacks, and coffee pods. Very comfortable beds. Even though neighborhood and home were a little older, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short trip. Best location for distance to museums.

Fantastic host and property

The host for this property is outstanding. GREAT communication and helpfulness. The property description was spot on . The house was clean and well supplied for our stay. Everything worked as expected. I would highly recommend this property and host for a visit to that area. The Ark Encounter/Creation Museum

My sister, and our husbands took my parents to see the Ark encounter and the creation museum. This property was located in a great area between the two. It was as advertised, very clean, and worked great for our needs. They had many extras, including games, tv’s, and game tables. We would definitely stay again. Travis was quick to communicate and address a small need that we had.

Vacation Home

We chose this place due to how close it is to the Ark Encounter and accommodating our group size. Location is fantastic! The host communicated expectations and check in/check out details well. We had more than enough room for our group of 9. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and condiments which we really appreciated. 2 full baths and a half bath made it great for hosting our group and they were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All in all we really appreciated everything this place had to offer and wouldn’t hesitate to come again! Conveniently located not too far from the main highway but we never heard any traffic noise.

Wonderful host!!

We had a wonderful time visiting Kentucky! Upon arrival, we found the AC unit wasn’t working properly, (Ridiculously, unseasonably hot weather!) and Travis responded immediately to solve our problem. We relocated to another one of their rental properties, which was superbly clean, very kid friendly, extremely well kept, and a lovely experience! Would absolutely recommend this host and look forward to staying again.
