"room is not big, but fully functional as providing reasonable space and comfortable staying experience. staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, keeping good quality in my 10 days stay, happy stay"
"Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0.
The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page."
"The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate."
