「The window was locked with the lock broken, so could not open it making it suffocating and hot inside. The washroom exhaust fan was not working making it stuffy. We tried contacting the host but the replies were always after 24 hours (leading it to no help during the stay). No response on compensation also because of the inconvenience. Poor hosting :( we have videos as proof but cannot upload as there is only option of photos」

「An old building with historic interest situated in a town with many interesting old building which is well worth a walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meals and Sunday carvery were tasty and specials were explained. A thing to note is that there is no lift so mobility needs to be good to walk up stairs which was not a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year as still much more to explore in the ares」

「The Three Cocks Hotel was an interesting facility. We arrived at about 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before end of check-in, but there was a note on the counter with the room key for self checkin. Odd process with nobody at the desk, the key to the room left out and no form of security at the front door. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A very rustic hotel, with very uneven floors, sagged support beams, rickety wooden front door and door upstairs. Breakfast was ok, but...
