We were so impressed by the room and little added touches like a shelf just for charging your devices. Everything was super clean and the layout of the room was ideal for noise reduction. Walls of the room were not paper thin so that you heard every door open and close etc. We got a great night's sleep. Only thing that needs changed is they could use curtains on the windows to black out the sunlight in the morning.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel "store" was lacking--I didn't see any drinks or snacks available for purchasing.

It's a very decent place to stay. We have stayed twice now and both stays were comfortable. The rooms ac were amazing the rooms are always cold and comfortable especially for people that run hot. It does seem like an older property so there is wear and tear in the rooms but they seem to be doing some renovations/tlc. Overall it is a very decent place to stay for a good price!

Easy access, helpful staff. Room was nice. Only complaint was the low toilet. They must have been child height. Otherwise would stay there again if in Crossville.

I travel at least a dozen times every year and normally stay at a Comfort Inn. I was extremely pleased with my stay in Crossville TN. I was very pleased with my room and the staff were happy to help a disabled senior lady. One thing that that really jumped out to me was that I could actually smell the cleanliness, even in the hallways. Some of my family members stayed there a few years ago, and hearing their comments, it seems this Comfort Inn has kept up their standards!

It was okay, but nothing great. The hotel is old and worn. Hallways are narrow and only one small elevator. The bathtub faucet leaked terribly. We reported this and they already knew, but put us in the room anyway. Thankfully we could close the bathroom door so we didn't hear it all night. Not bad for low budget, but I don't think we would stay there again.

The toilet in the room made a hideous squealing noise every 15-20 minutes that lasted for a few minutes. I asked for another room but they were booked up. The cold water in the sink didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. I let staff know and was told they were aware of the toilet issue previously and had ordered a part. It is upsetting they were aware and still booked the room. I travel often and am very low maintenance, but I got no sleep because of the squealing toilet and was also told nothing could be done but the manager would call me (which has not happened yet).

We didn’t use the amenities and were only there for a short time. The property was clean and well maintained. The shower had hard water stains but other than that, everything was great!
