This place has been my go too for these last 2 times i have been in Crossville TN. The sad news tho they are the Wyndham corporation is pulling out and no one has a clue to what is going to happen. So take this opportunity new while you can because starting January they will be gone. Hopefully another time share company buys the resort. I don't have enough words to how great this place is. I am very picky and thrifty with my money and this place is on the top of my list for everything on it. You can't go wrong staying here.

Feel like a home

The townhouse we stayed at was spacious and comfortable. It feels like a home. It has all the amenities needed, including a washer and dryer.

Our room was nice, condo style, but we had a different room last time with more space which I thought we were getting again. We were close to playground and other amenities which was nice. Check in was smooth and the agent was very pleasant. However, I had to go to “concierge” to pick up our wrist bands and it turned into a sales pitch for their times share. Not cool. And not what I needed after a very long drive.

Me and my teenage children talked about how we loved how convenient everything seemed to be, and the fact that everything needed had clear instructions and also the fact that the staff actually wanted to help you with whatever you needed no matter what time it was, and they didn’t make you feel Crazy for asking questions or have an attitude because they were having to work and do their actual job.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Clean, comfortable, with everything you need. Enjoyed some walking paths, recreational facilities, and all the nice residents we met. We got lost several times, but was always helped by the kind people all around. Would be a Great place to live, Hope to revisit again.
