Great space for my family and I when my grandparents house was full! Location to all of Tansi was great. Full kitchen and all amenities included were great! Thank you!

The one and only thing we didn't like was that the sliding glass doors were almost impossible to open and felt like they were going to pull apart when you tried to open them. Other than that the place was GREAT.

The staff was wonderful. The two onsite restaurants are great, and it was very clean. It is very outdated but not worn out. The bed is pretty firm. I appreciated the extra pillows and blanket! We loved being able to have a fire. We were there in the middle of December, so it was cold. Close to many fun things to do!

We didnt get to do much but there is alot to do just need to be prepared before ya go it was nice our friends that lived in crossville had a very hard time finding us but after they did it was nice to catch up and we had a good noght but it is hard to find so maje sure

My guest quarters for just one night were very spacious and very clean. I was given keys to athletic facilities, which I did not have time to take advantage of.

A nice place for a 3 day stay. Was in a pleasant setting and everything was like a small apartment; furnished with everything you would need to cook your own meals if you wanted.

The people at check in was very nice. But when we got to the unit. The unit smelled bad, sheets were stained, there were cobwebs hanging between the lights and dead bugs in the sliding glass door. It looked like nothing had been dusted. They did offer another unit when we complained but we expected that one to be the same. Would not recommend it to my friends.

Faucets in shower were black and had not been cleaned in a long time there was no coffee or coffee filter bed did not have matress pad property needs to be updated or given some TLC

Wonderful place to stay
We had a great time and will return for sure. The indoor pool was enjoyable and the putt putt golf a plus. My boys also enjoyed the arcade. We never left the property! Had a great meal at Lake Tansi restaurant.

They wete wonderful to let me know that the unit was cleaned and ready for. I had an AC issue, couldn't cool down the unit. They call the AC people immediately and found out AC unit was out of frion. Fixed.

In need of a renovation.
The property definitely needs an upgrade. If this was 1970 it might be acceptable but not today. It was extremely musty smelling like it hadn’t been opened up in months. The a/c needed servicing and the carpets were in poor condition. It was very overpriced for what it was.

Our unit was clean and updated cleck in was easy although we did not use amenities were available. We were not happy with all the add on fees which were not listed and came to almost 100$ more

Will stay again.
Condo was next to the lake. They are older BUT very clean and in good condition. All you need is your food. Comfortable bed and pillows. Can’t beat the price. Very nice area. Tansi in Crossville, Tn. Family oriented.

There was no shower curtain when we got there and shortly after the toilet broke. They gave both issues a quick response, but the toilet still had minor flushing issues. There was a sitting chair on the deck that was broken - the leg completely off and was left sitting there (tilted against the building) instead of being removed/replaced when we arrived

Nice little condo settings. Clean living area. The mattresses on beds were horrible. My back is in excruciating pain due to no support and mattresses flat as cardboard. Price was excellent, vut they need to put more inferences on sleep comfort.

Clean, quiet, warm, and comfortable. We had a great view of the lake to see the autumn sunrises and sunsets. The unit disappointed us with a fake-for looks only- fireplace, but the overall area and lake view more than made up for it. We will come back!

Enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Lake view. Even saw a deer strole through. Room was roomy and perfect size for hubs and I. Rooms are outdated but clean. Basic essentials were provided. The Lake Tansi reataraunt was fabulous. The town shuts down on Sundays but the Dollar General is like a mini grocery store.

Well the property its self is a nice location but needs a little update. Very disappointed about all the amenities. They need to make it clear that on holidays and days after that everything closed. My family and i was so disappointed .my poor kid was so sad

Great place to stay. It was condo so had a full kitchen. Only thing i would suggest that would make thia 10/10 is to have smart tv in lkving room so guests can log into their netflix/hulu/youtube.

Lake Tansai condo
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful in helping locate some items we left behind after we checked out. I would recommend staying here. The view out our patio door was gorgeous!
