“I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well. It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre. This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly! ”

“Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds……

We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. “We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it! Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night. On the plus side, it was warm and the beds were……
