“Came for the World Cup. It makes a very good impression. The presentation of the parking area and lobby are excellent. The hotel reception staff are excellent—Ethan deserves special mention. The rooms are very good. The bathrooms and beds are impeccable: clean and looking great. The only slight downside is that the carpets in the hallways and rooms are a bit worn, though still within an acceptable range. “I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry”

“Terrible! The place was filthy. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walls in the room was dirty. The kitchen staff kicked you out right at nine, despite people still trying to grab food. The pancake mix was empty.”

“Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away”
