「I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry」

「It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry.」

「Came for the World Cup. It makes a very good impression. The presentation of the parking area and lobby are excellent. The hotel reception staff are excellent—Ethan deserves special mention. The rooms are very good. The bathrooms and beds are impeccable: clean and looking great. The only slight downside is that the carpets in the hallways and rooms are a bit worn, though still within an acceptable range. The bar, Zuri, is terrible—the worst part; don't even think about going there. I ordered a...

「The property is clean and well kept. The rooms are nice and they provide easy access to fresh towels and other accessories. The breakfast buffet is pretty good for the price and the wait and bar staff is very friendly. On the con side, the staff is a bit sparse at times, and the elevator was slow and/or broken. I could see through the toilet paper they provide, so you might want to bring a few rolls of your own.」

「Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away」

「The room was fine and the staff were very helpful but the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the one available elevator was very slow and the pool was closed for our whole visit. The location was excellent, however—-very close to the cultural district and a lovely walking trail.」

「Terrible! The place was filthy. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walls in the room was dirty. The kitchen staff kicked you out right at nine, despite people still trying to grab food. The pancake mix was empty.」

「Absolute Empfehlung !!! Alles war total sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage lief auch absolut leise. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut...es gab Omeletts, Speck, Brötchen, Toastbrot, Muffins...also generell schon mehr als beim typischen amerikanischem Frühstück. Check in und check out war auch super schnell.」
