“Coco Reef’s beachfront location is stunning, with breathtaking views & one of the best Wi-Fi experiences I’ve had at a resort—it remained fast & reliable even on the beach. The staff were warm, courteous & helpful, & the food was enjoyable once it finally arrived.
Unfortunately, the property feels dated & in need of major investment. At times it felt like stepping back into the 1980s, complete with a phone book in the room & very limited TV channels. We noticed visible mold on exterior walls,……

“The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. ”

“The apartment is really very nice and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. No microwave though. The kitchen was well stocked with all the little niceties. All the necessary linens were clean and available. There is a gym obliquely opposite the apartment and a pool on the second floor. That was a huge convenience. The location is very close to the airport with lots of food options close by including store bay. The location is very lively but not much noise entered the apartment……
