Top Croydon Hotel Reviews

Hilton London Gatwick Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Very spacious twin room with two doubles and perfect for the overnight stay. Without being able to use the car park for a reasonable charge would look to book the valet parking for an extra day next time and then walk straight to the terminal the following day."

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location and great stay! The hotel is in a fantastic spot—literally a short walk to many of London’s top highlights. The train station is a convenient 5-minute walk, and Sainsbury’s convenience store is equally close. There aren’t many restaurants right nearby, but that didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast was solid. We were seated quickly, and while the avocados were a little hard, everything else was delightful. The room (we had a queen corner unit) was spacious and comfortable. My boyfriend found the bed a bit firm/stiff, but I slept great with no issues. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful. I would happily stay here again!"

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus

Otherwander Soho Pod Hotel
8/10 Good
"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay, maybe this need better signage."

Strand Palace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at Strand however I was incredbily disappointed when my flight was delayed and I have decided to pay for an extra night since I was arriving on the red eye and couldnt check in until 3. When I arrived at 9 they told me they considered me a no show. They gave me a room and told me bo problem… only yo charge me 265 for a no show fee. I was not told this when I checked in. After dealing witg a nasty front desk manager .. we were met by the hotel manager who assured us this would be removed. That should have been done from the start . There was no reason to get all upset for this. They need to fix this policy"

"Room was clean and spacious, and had air con. There was always a queue at the check-in desk"

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
8/10 Good
"The location of this hotel is what draws people there. The rooms are small, but you are in the location for the sites, not to stay in the room. It is a very busy hotel. The lobby is always busy. It is currently undergoing renovations, which makes the lobby look even smaller. The staff are very helpful, but we found that the housekeeping was lacking. We had run out of tissues, toilet paper, and towels. The room we were in got sun all day long (and the summer days in London are very long), so we had to keep the curtains drawn to help keep the room cooler because the air conditioners did not go lower than 72 degrees F. The food was delicious, the drinks were delightful, the staff very friendly, and the view beautiful! I would definitely stay there again."
