Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained. The corners of the bedroom behind the bedside tables were dirty and dusty, bedroom also had a smell of damp and mould. Cobwebs throughout the property. Plates and mugs were put away dirty. The towel I was provided had a stain on it, possibly bleach but unknown. Beside this the stay was lovely and would definitely come back to this charming cottage set in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
