"Clean room, easy check-in breakfast was good"

"Breakfast was not good. Eggs omelette was old and hard. Coffee was barely warm. Tried hot water for Tea and it was the same. Whole breakfast was disappointing."

"Never come to this hotel. If you like cleanliness this will be the worst experience you will ever have rooms dirty stained pillows cigarette burns every but so called non smoking staff don't care they live in the filth not even an working blow dryer."

"The room was exceptional amidst the lack of firmness of the mattress and terribly soft pillows. The staff were pleasant, courteous and very accommodating. Breakfast was a plain 5/10..eggs, naah n oj ..yuck.... accommodations were a 8/10 pool great, hot tub great and gym useful"

"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."
