“The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice.”

“Property was as advertised, good location between Homosassa and Crystal Springs. Backyard was interesting; but, too hot in August to venture out much.”

“Cute cottage, great location near town and on the water, we really enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit. Vicki the host kept us well-informed and was friendly, even offered to let us check-in early. The cottage itself was well-decorated and had all the necessary amenities, the bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable for everything that you get. Lots of large fish swimming right off the dock. Very convenient location to town and the beach, it seemed like it was a 10-min drive everywhere……

“The inside of the house was cute and clean. Master bath is very small. The exterior was not inviting and the area was a bit older and some homes unkept. Now I know why there were no exterior pictures of the house on line! Also, lots of old artificial flowers which made it look cheap. Lots of weeds and front porch light didn’t work. I feel like the price was high for the area and outside area. I probably would not re-book.”
